Beautiful Coeur d'Alene Lakefront Home with Dock, Kayaks & Fire Pit. Sleeps 15

We were planning a family reunion and this property fit the bill, we had beds enough for everyone. The house was well equipped - linens, kitchen supplies & tools, washing soap, cleaning tools AND kayaks, fishing polls, paddle boards, games. There was a fishing/boating dock and the guys took advantage of that. Extra parking also available. There was a problem with the garage door, a call made to owner and it was addressed promptly. Everyone had a great time and left with lasting memories. Thank you so much........

Some things that need addressed1the exhaust fan above stove kept going off. It needed to be cleaned. The shower curtains had mold on them and needed washed The mattresses needed a up grade even though a topper was put on them. The bunk in queen room just needed the screws tightened. The hot water heater needed to be turned down as with 10 of us we could only take 5 10 min.showers before no hot water The internet very inconsistentThe best things the kitchen itself so completely stocked with what I may have in my own home. Very spacious kitchen with large island 2 refrigerators and a long table for everyone. Plenty of linens and blankets to cuddle with for everyone. We took advantage of the kayaks we used 4 and the life jackets were in good shape. There was a cooler fishing gear and outdoor games. It was like we all went to a family cabin that had been in family for years. The game room kept my oldest 2 grandsons ages 18 and 21 busy and off there phones. The adults we got to relax, get caught up on each others lives We felt safe and the neighbors were wonderful. We rented a pontoon boat for 6 hrs for 500. Very reasonable. We all fit nicely Went to silverwood theme park not overcrowded like a six flags would be. Very reasonably priced We went to downtown for a day walked and shopped There is a beautiful park for kids of all ages to play We would love to return to this property We were entertained ,ate good food, and found the environment very welcoming. Great location, great house, and excellent homeowner!

Our group had an unforgettable stay at this amazing 14-bed house on the lake in CDA! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip seamless and relaxing.We really appreciated the welcome gift — a well-stocked bundle of essentials that covered everything we forgot to bring. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly set the tone for the rest of our stay.The location was ideal — just a quick and easy 15-minute Uber ride to downtown CDA, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot with kind and respectful neighbors. We enjoyed coffee by the lake in the mornings and cozy evenings on the deck with incredible views.There was something for everyone in the house: plenty of comfortable beds, great common areas for gathering, and a kitchen that had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts have really put heart into making this place special.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any large group looking for the perfect Coeur d’Alene retreat!

Everything good, steep hill on driveway was minor problem for older group

Our group of girls has been renting vacation houses for 12 years. We have been to many vacations stay houses. This one was premier. Why? It’s the little things. We have been at many vacation rentals and have never seen anyone with attention to the detail that was at this house. The location is amazing, the house is comfortable, but it’s the added extras that were provided from the kayaks to the paddle boards to all the amenities we would ever need. If you forgot your toothbrush, that’s OK. They provided one along with an entire kit of things that we always forget. I must say this was one of my favorite experiences.

This is a great spot to come and visit the lake. Have never seen a vacation property stocked so well. Paddle boards, Lilypad, and kayaks were a huge hit. Cassie was a great host and provided excellent communication including providing detailed information prior to check in.

This is a great house in a great close-in location to town with access to the lake via boat. Our family really enjoyed the very large kitchen and expansive deck overlooking the inlet. Kids also loved the game room. The owners have done a very nice job setting up the house for renters with significant thought into having the little details and extra items available. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the access to the bunk room and having to go outside and upstairs to use the bathroom. Luckily the kids didn’t mind!

This home was amazing and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the owners had kayaks and paddle boards and floating island. There were many games inside, too. We sat outside for meals and the Blackstone BBQ was awesome. The home was very clean and we had great communication with the owner. I highly recommend this place.

Had a great time at the Lakeside house. Loved the kitchen, a hub for the family. The bunkhouse was prefect for our three teenage girls and our grandson actually claimed the futon in the game room as his space. Beautiful place, beautiful view.
