Beautiful Coastal Home near Mayo Clinic. Pet Friendly!

The house is Gorgeous. Quaint, quiet, relaxing, garage, nice cold A/C and extremely close to Mayo Clinic & store's & Restaurants. Great tv reception & plenty of shows to watch when relaxing after a full day. Safe environment & nice washer n dryer if you need it.Plenty of soap, shampoo/Conditioner & Body wash. Plenty of Towels. Real cold freezer n fridge with plenty of ice. I definitely will be back & you will Love it when you book.

Excellent location as we had appointments at Mayo and could come and go easily. Bonus for us we were able to bring our dogs and the location/ setup with a fenced back yard was perfect for them. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place close to Mayo Clinic. The communication was great and the check in and check out process was easy.The house was clean and the layout was great for relaxing conversations. I’ll be recommending this to my friends and family who are visiting Jacksonville.

We had a great experience. The home was comfortable and clean, the hosts were communicative and the fenced yard and screened back porch were perfect for our dogs.

Wonderful property with great proximity to Mayo Clinic. The house was clean and comfortable and provided a nice home away from home. Kitchen was stocked nicely with needed supplies and the host provided a lot of extras, such as coffee, snacks, and bottled water. Bathrooms were modern with plenty of towels and even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great communication with the host as well. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

This host is the definition of a super host! Incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. The house is bright, airy, and clean. Every possible amenity is provided to ensure your stay is comfortable, fun, and easy. Thoughtful touches inside and out make staying here stress free. Light switches labeled, luggage racks, night light, books and games, they thought of everything! Pet friendly, our little dog loved the fenced in backyard. The location is perfect-close to the highway, restaurants, shopping, Mayo, and the beaches. Perfect for couples or families. We will be back!

Home is immaculate. All of the creature comforts are included making it feel like your at home. Owner s have thought of everything. Location is minutes to the beach with tons of restaurants and bars. Neighborhood is safe and convenient. Place is dog friendly with tile floors and a large back yard with privacy wooden fence. This is our second time renting and will continue to use this home as home base, when travelling to Jacksonville. 5 Stars!!!!

Our stay was wonderful & the property exactly as advertised. Hosts were Great communicators & very responsive. We were in the area to visit friends & catch a Jags game. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect

Our second stay at this property, and we’re just as happy with it as our first stay. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming, and the check-in process is a breeze. The property is clean and very comfortable, and it’s in the perfect location if you’re looking for a place close to the Mayo Clinic.

Beautifully clean house; lots of central space. Large master bedroom and bathroom. Well stocked kitchen (coffee/spices). Backyard was recently re-landscaped with new grass, so lots of space back there (with necessary doggy poop bags and garbage bin). 11 min drive to Jax beach. Definitely would stay again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this rental property! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated — exactly what I was hoping for. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, with a relaxing vibe that made it easy to unwind. One of the best parts was the location — just a short drive to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views incredibly convenient. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to the ocean!

We had such a great and comfortable experience. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Fully furnished. Lots of great amenities. We got to enjoy Jacksonville, FL knowing we had our own private space with comfort to relax in for 4 nights. Naiara was very kind to guide us through the check-in process and she encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything during our stay!

This house is absolutely beautiful and in an amazing location especially if you are visiting Mayo Clinic. The house is beautiful and extremely clean! The hosts were fantastic as well. It also is a bonus that it's not far from the beach!

As advertised, the home is nice, comfortable, and well furnished. The location was absolutely perfect for the various appointments we had at the nearby Mayo campus over the course of three days, and the hosts were very responsive both before and throughout our visit to Jacksonville. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. Will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.
