Our stay was welcomed with great weather, wonderful accommodations and convenient location. We love GRB and this was a great spot to access the beach!
The house was lovely (incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious) and located on a quiet street in the heart of Cape Porpoise. We come every year and this house is by far my favorite! The property manager/owner is also a joy to deal with - personable and very responsive. Could not recommend this property more highly. We were sad to leave!
We had a great time at this property and would stay again! The house is very up to date and SO cute. It felt like a home away from home. Since we flew and didn’t drive we could’ve used some extra pillows, but that’s literally our only slight issue. The host Jeff was incredibly thorough with a hospitality booklet, he was very responsive to texts, and he and his family supplied everything we could think to need. Quick walk into Cape Porpoise where we enjoyed food and hikes. Quick drive to Kennebunkport as well as Portland and the surrounding area. Lots to do! Kayaking, eating, shopping, the beach.
We had a great week at Jeff's home in Cape Porpoise. We were familiar with the area and knew this location would work well for us- we could easily put in our SUPs and cruise to a sandbar and explore, we could walk to multiple meals and get groceries easily. The home was clean and the kitchen had most everything we needed.
We love Cape Porpoise, and this house did not disappoint. The owned was very accommodating to our needs. He gave us a credit for a few things that were not exactly right and came to fix a faulty smoke detector. We would definitely rent again.
This house was everything it promised to be... spacious and comfortable, very thoughtfully appointed with anything a visitor could want. If you're not going to be right on the water, this is the next best thing. It's a short walk to boating access into the beautiful Cape Porpoise and Stage Island Harbor areas. Also a short walk to great eats at the Pier, Bradbury's and Cape Porpoise Kitchen. And a short drive to the incomparable beach for kids at Goose Rocks. Absolutely lovely - food for the soul!
The house was lovely and very well equipped. It has a great location near the main beaches and has a convenient access to food stores and a fish house. We enjoyed our stay.
Great home, clean and plenty of space. Lot has lots of mosquitoes though. Otherwise it was a great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding.
Great location, super clean and a beautiful house overall.
