Beautiful California Style House 2 Blocks to the Beach. Walk to Dewey & Rehoboth

Wonderful for our family!

We had a fabulous week. The property has been decorated with great charm, and is laid out in a way that makes it a perfect family relaxation spot. The beach is very close to the house and is a perfect spot, in Dewey beach but only a 20-30 min walk up the beach to the Rehoboth board walk. The host is incredibly responsive.

For the second summer, we had a wonderful trip at this property. It's well stocked and very comfy. The back porch and front screened porch are both big plusses. Good for a family, easy beach access.

The best! Cutest cottage, great layout, so many kitchen accessories, wonderful location in a quiet area. 4th year renting. Owner is great to work with.

this place is absolutely fabulous and has everything you could possibly need. It came with toilet paper and cleaning products and even small amenities like laundry soap for a couple washes and dishwasher liquid. The place was spotless and so fabulous for our entire family of seven from age of 16 to 65. They responded so quickly when we were trying to find something. It's two blocks from the beach. It has a fabulous backyard and screened in porch. This place is absolutely perfect. I have only amazing things to say about our stay and what this house has to offer.

Our entire family loved this California Style house. It really was beautiful. It had a great kitchen, awesome yard, everything you could want in a beach house. The walk to the beach was so easy and close. We would absolutely stay here again.You should book it!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s home! We were traveling with 4 couples and 2 infants. Overall the layout and shared spaces in the home were abundant for us all to eat, play games and spend time together when not on the beach. One adult couple shared the twin bunk room, which we did not mind because there was adequate space for a pack n play! The other rooms were cozy with comfortable beds and one had a small table/desk to take a few work calls. The location of this house is everything! 2.5 blocks to the beach, 0.4 miles to the heart of Dewey (we walked for dinners, ice cream, coffee), and a manageable walk to downtown Rehobeth. The cleaners must’ve had an off week because the house wasn’t as sparkling as all of the reviews suggest, but non the less we had an amazing time and would stay again! Lisa was also great with communication. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely modernized and a good location. The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of towels, cooking implements, etc. The host was responsive to questions. We'd highly recommend staying there!

We had a great week. This house was perfectly appointed, close to everything and had an amazing beachy vibe. Each room had it's own climate control which was a definite plus. I did not want to leave! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Lisa’s Windjammer was a great place to stay for a beach vacation. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has just about everything you might need. Was surprised to see a Kitchen Aid mixer among a wide array of appliances. My daughter was thrilled as she was making a cake for her dad’s birthday. We loved having two areas to hang out inside and a deck out back and a front screened in porch at the front. Loved the shower outside after a day at the beach. And the big dining table was great for communal gatherings- dinners and games. It was a two block walk to the beach which was a quick walk to the beach and to Dewey’s main commercial area. Lisa was responsive to my questions. We would recommend this place for a vacation at the beach!

The house was perfect for our group of 8 including 5 adults and 3 children. Family vacation with ages ranging from 1 to 74. The house is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Well stocked kitchen and great appliances. Lots of games. Nice private backyard with grills and a great outdoor shower. The hosts were easy to reach and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

3rd year in a row-perfect summer cottage, perfectly appointed with all you need and every kitchen appliance/utensil you would ever desire. Cutest and most quaint summer cottage ever!

We loved staying at this property! The house itself was beautiful and very tastefully decorated - we loved having so many windows that let it lots of light. The house was very clean and extremely well-stocked with everything that we could need (the kids especially enjoyed trying out all the board/card games). The location was extremely convenient to the beach and lots of shops/restaurants, and it was super easy to hop on the Jolly Trolley to get to the main drag in Rehoboth. The owner was very easy to reach and responsive to our questions. We will definitely be back again next year!

We have been staying here for several years now. This house has everything and is within walking distance to the beach and some great local restaurants. Landlords are easy to communicate with. Thanks for another great vacation!
