The house features two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and ample storage. The inviting living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or meetings, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV.

Well-Equipped Kitchen:
Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy your culinary creations in the adjacent dining area, offering a cozy space for family meals.

Take advantage of the beautiful California weather in the private backyard. Whether you want to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, the outdoor space provides a tranquil setting for relaxation.
We have a giant chess board for you to enjoy too.

- Guest has access to the whole house except the linen closet.

Other things to note
- We have security camera in the front
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $300.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
