Beautiful Branson Home! Perfect Downtown Location!

Very convenient location

The home felt very welcoming with the Christmas tree lit up.

We had an amazing family getaway. The location is perfect, close to everything but so peaceful. It overlooks the river for beautiful views and was spacious enough for the six of us to relax and play games on our one rainy day. This is a place we will book again.

We have stayed at the house several times. It is always clean. It is centrally located and the host is always responsive if you have any questions. We plan on staying here again.

Nice area in the downtown location. Real peaceful if you wanted to just sit outside, just be careful because the table is wobbly as it was missing some screws on the legs. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Our group consisted of two mature couples; Branson home was very comfortable for our weekend. It is very quiet and conveniently located. It fit us perfectly with comfortable beds, home is well equipped in every way, and cozy with plenty of charm. Olivia was very responsive and gladly accommodated our early check-in request.

We were thrilled with the house. Everything was perfect and exactly as it was listed. We had a fantastic time and we were all sad to leave.

This listing is in the perfect location to everything you might want to do in Branson but quiet at the same time. The property was very clean and quaint. This was mother in law’s first VRBO experience and she was blown away at what a fantastic option it is. I could not recommend this property more.

House was wonderful. Was a bit surprised at the steep driveway and house entrance. Had 1 in our party with mobility issues, but we made it work.

This house is very close to the downtown area & The Landing in Branson. It's very easy to get in and out of! We were lucky enough to snap a picture of a bald eagle in the tree by the house! It was icing on the cake for a very fun stay!

We came to Branson, my sister-in-law, and I to get away and just relax. This property was everything and more that I thought it would be and we absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. It was the perfect getaway! Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous property!

The Roark House was an awesome place for us to call home while we visited Branson. The house was spotless when we checked in. It was a very comfortable place and well-equipped with everything that we needed. The location was a very pleasant surprise. We were very close to everything we visited. We never had more than a 15 minute drive to any of the theaters or grocery store. I even walked down to some shops to do some shopping because my husband did not feel like going. We would not hesitate to stay here if we are ever visiting Branson again.

The Roark House is so comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, easy to get to everything in Branson. The house is modern and fully stocked. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms nice, with a lovely soaking tub. We highly recommend!!!!

We traveled to Branson for dance nationals with a group of 3 adults, a 16yr old and 11yr old. The Roark house was a terrific house for our group. The house had everything one would need with a full kitchen of cooking needs, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, beds were comfortable. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and had no trouble finding pots, pans, utensils. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio and enjoying the birds and view. The Roark house is minutes away from the convention center, Branson Landing and the downtown area. And just a few minutes from other Branson activities. The Roark house was everything we needed. We will book this house again if we should travel to Branson again for dance or other visits! Our hosts were easy to communicate with before and during our stay! Thank you for a great house.

We were looking for a relaxed, comfortable place in Branson’s downtown area. It was perfect. We spent time with friends for a few days while seeing shows, shopping on the river front and enjoying the local restaurants. It could not have been better.

Property is a gem right in a centralized location and which makes access to Branson attractions very convenient. This home was very quiet and easy to navigate to for being so close to the main highway routes as well. My only concerns was the slop of drive and entrance leading to deck area. Would not recommend for guest with handicap requirements. Our family will use house in the future for trips to Branson.
