Stayed Aug 16, 2024Overall, not great. Absolutely no view from deck (pictures were a little misleading and don't show the house that faces directly into the deck--you are basically looking into your neighbors living room.) Outdoor TV and firepit didn't work, which was a massive bummer. Found stains on mattress and pillows to be unsanitary. Shower curtain fell down. As another review here states not a quick walk to the beach. You have to drive, which isn't what we were looking for. Also, if anyone has knee/hip issues, avoid this house. LOTS of stairs.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had a great stay! The house is beautiful and well appointed. We really loved the community pool and the friendly community of neighbors. Great location - we spent a lot of time at Funland, different beaches, and the pool. Highly recommend the Big Chill which is family-friendly and very closeby. Kevin made everything very easy and was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here for a Bethany getaway!

Stayed Jul 22, 2022Beautiful home in a nice quiet gated community. The home was decorated beautifully and it was located a short walk to the pool. The pool was really nice too.
