Beautiful Beachfront Home on Wells Beach

This house truly feels like a home away from home—comfortable, well-equipped, and just steps from the sand! It has amazing ocean views and ample space for friends and family. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing, grilling, dining, and soaking in the beautiful ocean views.The location couldn’t be better—quiet and peaceful with easy beach access, yet still close to great restaurants and a grocery store for anything you need.Our host, Mark, greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made sure we were settled in and was attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay.Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation!

This house is truly a gem. Clean, comfortable and close to everything. Parking was fine for two cars. Beds comfortable. Waking up to the sound of the ocean is heavenly

What a lovely property! We had a fantastic time at Neptune’s Dream. The house is so pretty, beautifully appointed and well maintained, a perfect fit for our large family of 9. Its proximity to the beach can’t be beat!!! Also, very pretty and plentiful outdoor space for eating and relaxing with ocean views and sounds! A true gem. Mark and Patty are excellent hosts. We look forward to coming back next year!

We have stayed at this particular house many times over the years - it’s perfect for our family. It’s spacious, on the water, a short walk to the square, the jetty and an endless beach. We couldn’t ask for more. Mark and Patty are wonderful to work with and we hope to return again ! Stay here - you won’t be disappointed !

This is the first time we have rented this house. It is absolutely a beautiful property with a great location and great hosts who provides us all the essentials for a great family vacation. It had all the amenities needed. Mark and Patty were their for anything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property, we will definately be back.

The house is clean and will accommodate 10 people on three levels. We throughly enjoyed our stay with our family and small grandchildren. Our only disappointment was that the listing does not state that the house is directly behind the owner's house and is not directly on the beach. Although you are footsteps away from the beach and can still enjoy the view from the guest house.

We have been traveling to Maine and staying in Wells for the past seven years. We’ve bopped around and rented a few different houses through the years and this house is by far one of the best! It’s location on the beach is perfection - always dry sand and you don’t have to battle with the tide schedule! We loved that the house had plenty of space for both us adults and the kids too. It was clean, bright, and just what you would think a Maine beach house should be! Mark is a phenomenal host as well! We can’t wait to go back next summer - the kids are already counting down the days!

nice but nothing special

This property was ideal for a slow paced and relaxing week away with our family. The property is comfortable, well-equipped for cooking and spacious for family members to each find a place to relax and spread out. We especially loved the sound of ocean waves wafting into the home throughout our stay. The stretch of beach just a short walk away is beautiful and uncrowded. Our host went out of his way to help us with a few early-season loose ends that needed to be tied up and was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to have the opportunity to return and fully understand why guests choose to reserve this property season after season.
