We had some issues with the homes AC for 2 days, but when contacting Patrick the property manager he had various agencies onsite and made repairs to the system and immediately made us whole for the inconvenience. Hew is a class act, and was an amazing person to deal with! The home was close to the beach, clean, and a great outdoor area with a pool!!

The home was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with quality furniture and all the amenities we could need. The hosts were incredibly gracious—welcoming us with a lovely gift basket and surprising us mid-week with chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a thoughtful touch.We especially enjoyed the private pool and the fun suspended chairs and hammock—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach with easy access, and nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have been happier and would absolutely return!

Everything was very clean and easily accessible. Appliances all were functioning. There was plenty of space for our group of 9.Though the location of the house was exactly as described and a very short walk to the beach, it was too far for our family. we like to be able to see and hear the ocean waves crashing. The fence, while it is necessary, created a very hot backyard/pool area and we were not able to use it much. The air was just too stagnant and oppressive. We spent more time at the beach than we have in 25 years of visiting the area. This turned out to be very nice for us, but was a little disappointing when we wanted out of the sand.The enclosed balcony, even with the windows open, didn't provide much air flow and it was often too hot for comfortable sitting in the afternoon and early evening.

This house was perfect for a fanily vacation. The house is spacious, pool was amazing and just a short walk to the beach.

We have stayed at Dune Our Thing twice now and really enjoy the home and had a great week. The hospitality is wonderful and much appreciated. The home easily accommodated our family. The porch and the pool were enjoyed by all. We would stay there again.

We stayed here for the second time & were not disappointed. Very close to the beach & restaurants. Surfside Beach is very family friendly

Great property! House was beautiful and well kept Close to the beach and other things. Would definitely come back again. We all had a fantastic time.

What a beautiful home! Nicely decorated and stocked with a lot of kitchen items. The pool and location were exactly what we wanted. We had plenty of room to hang out and also the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and decks were the best. Thank you for providing us the perfect place for our week. We will return.

Everything was very clean and easily manageable. It was the perfect size for all of us with 6 bedrooms for 6 couples and children. The pool was perfect for those mid day naps for the kids so the parents could still get some sunshine while also relaxing while the children were asleep. Would highly recommend this place to any group of people vacationing!Only have 1 complaint and it’s not even that big of a deal to most of us but I’m sure others would disagree. Running multiple showers at once causes the hot water to run out very quickly so if you aren’t one of the first people to shower you have limited hot water. Again not a big deal for our group as it was very hot the whole week we were there so it was kind of refreshing. Other than that we would definitely come back if we plan on vacationing in Myrtle beach again soon!
