Beautiful bayfront home with pool, hot tub & central AC

It is an awesome house with plenty of sleeping and bathrooms The view is incredible! It is decorated so beautifully! It’s perfect.

This is a nice property and overall our stay was okay. That said, having stayed in many vacation rentals, we did notice a difference between professionally managed homes and those that feel more personally maintained. The mattresses were quite old and not very comfortable, there were not enough towels for our group, and basic supplies like trash bags and dishwasher soap were missing. With some attention to these details, this home could be much more comfortable for guests.

Well the first thing was the garages could be used. That was really important to me because I wanted to place my motorcycles in the garage. The front main living room tv had a really bad glare from the front door. All the rooms didn't have tvs inside of them. The house was nice but it needed some wood repairs to the outside.

Everything was excellent

Perfect place for a family vacation, quick drive or walk to the beach close to beach club pool with great food and the west end marina is only a mile away with great food and karaoke on Friday nights. We loved it!

Bad house and bad customer service

I love the view all the balconies, beautiful bedrooms love the peace and quiet overall my day was amazing 10 out of 10

There were dead bugs in several rooms upstairs. Also, the drain in one of the bathrooms upstairs wasn't draining, so it was difficult to take a shower. The appliances didn't work, ie the oven, built in microwave, or stove. The stairs were filthy when we came into the house. The propane tank spare was empty and the other only half the propane, so we had to call someone to bring another tank. She was very prompt in bringing the tank, but yet another inconvenience. To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the cleaning before we arrived, but more importantly some basic things made it a difficult place to stay. It is a good location, and the house itself has a good layout, but these issues definitely made it difficult to give a higher rating. Thanks

We loved the house, even though the beds are NOT comfortable, and the sheets are scratchy. It is a good 30 minutes to downtown Galveston.

Our recent stay at this property, initially promising due to its attractive exterior, was deeply disappointing. Within an hour of arrival, we encountered a constant influx of ants in the kitchen. Despite immediate notification to the management company, a 24-hour response resulted in no action. The following day, the ant infestation spread to a bedroom, impacting our belongings and bed. A subsequent request for assistance yielded only a store bought 16 ounce ant spray bottle spray solution by a local maintenance worker. The situation escalated further that evening when we discovered an infestation of large cockroaches throughout the living room and furniture, extending to the porches. With five families sharing the compromised space, a lack of alternative accommodation options left us feeling trapped and unable to enjoy our six-day vacation. The complete absence of follow-up communication from the management company after numerous attempts to reach them further highlights their disregard for customer well-being. I would tell any prospective renters to strongly consider alternative options to avoid a similar experience that could significantly impact their vacation. We still felt taken advantage of and completely ripped off considering the living conditions.
