Stayed May 9, 2026While we loved the house and location to beach. We were not told that construction was going on on both sides of house. From 7-5 m-f we had to listen to hammering, loud sawing so that if you wanted to be outside on deck or by pool could not hear each other or music. I spoke to Royal and they stated they were unaware of the construction. But it’s ongoing and there is a portapottty so it’s been going on a while. Ruined many days for us while trying to eat breakfast of dinner. Would double check on construction before booking. It was a miserable experience at that house. I had grandkids who needed to nap and could not.
