Stayed Dec 31, 1969The manor house apartment is situated high on the side of East Looe, which gives you fantastic views of the town and harbour. The apartment was very clean and I was happy that it complied with covid cleanliness standards. The kitchen had a high standard of appliances needed for a self catering holiday, the two toilets were a bonus and the bed was comfortable. The overall standard was very good.

Stayed Oct 7, 2017Brilliant position in Looe - you really need to have somewhere to park your car in this town, and there was ample parking right next to the house. The view was excellent to look out on from the living room - you could sit and watch the ever changing activity in the river below all day. The walk down to East Looe is short (under 10 mins) but very steep climb back up. There are plenty of nice places to eat and to shop (food and other). We found the sofa bed in the living room more comfortable than the one in the bedroom - which meant we could see the view from bed in the morning! If you like your technology, then the internet can be a real problem in the area. We managed to use 4G and hotspot to laptop by leaving our mobile phone on the balcony (bring a plastic bag for rain!!)- but it wasn't brilliant - but then holidays are for getting away from all that anyway aren't they?
