Beautiful and peaceful home located just 10 minutes from the White River!

Beautiful setting, super comfy, host was easy to work with.

The house is great. Easy to find. Is in a rural area with no neighbors which I found great! Lots of room for my dog to run. Short drive to many good trout fishing spots. Stayed for 3 nights. A toaster would have been nice. Overall it was a great house and we had a great time. Will definitely be coming back. Thank You

The stay was great. The boys stayed there last year. It is close to us, since we do not have the accommodation for them to stay here with us...YET.

Everything was in very nice condition and clean! The beds were comfortable as well. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

The house had what we needed to enjoy a nice girls night together. We had a lot of laughs and the surrounding cows outside the home were a frequent topic of conversation.The reason I didn't put down five stars is that we had some issues with the comfort of the beds, they were pretty hard in two of the rooms. Also, the remotes for the TVs appeared to have been switched around, we had to try each one from every room to find which one worked for which TV.Overall, for an overnight stay, it was a good middle ground for us to gather at. (Side note: I forgot my drink when we left in the morning and when I went back to get it, there was already someone cleaning the house twenty minutes after checkout. I knocked on the door and stayed outside rather than letting myself back in and she was very nice. Gave me back my drink with no issues.)

Liked the quiet and peacefulness of the area. Just stayed one night but would stay again.

I wish we had more time here but it was perfect! The house had everything we needed for the kitchen, bathroom and the beds were comfortable.

The home was easy to find and perfect for a family n a weekend getaway!

The place was very neat and clean,the beds were comfortable , the kitchen was very spacious, the Living room was very comfortable. Over all a great little place. Just stayed the one night so we didn't use the laundry room. The hardest part was after i booked i got a conformation email but nothing else, so i had to contact the owner for the address and code. Other wise everything went smoothly.

The home is well equipped. We had a great time roasting marshmellows and playing outside. The rooms were perfect for out blended friends and family. The living room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again when in the area.

Very nice place to stay away from the city. Very quiet and located close to the river. Overall a very nice to stay for a get away.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable and relaxing place. The home is well stocked with dishes, coookware, a grill and plenty of towels as well as option to do laundry. Just be prepared to hear sounds of nature such as birds or cicadas. If anything is needed the owner is very responsive.

Home was clean, plenty of room and we where close to our daughter and grandchildren. Seen lots of wild life and it was off the main roads and that made it very peace full and quite.

The house was easy to find, private and inviting. Everything was set up very nicely for all of including two four legged friends. Much better than being stuck in a hotel room all weekend. The cows were also a cute surprise. Very nice. Would definitely come back.

Nice little home, not too far from White River (a bit from town, but now impossible by any means) Owner was very accommodating. If I was going to fish on the White again (and hope that happens sooner than later) I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice place we have stayed there twice

The location is very peaceful and quiet. Absolutely love the decor in the home. Actually did not get to stay at the game as much as i would have liked to because was in town for Memorial Day celebration with family. I will definitely be seeing if this property is available around Thanksgiving so that i can rent it again. Thank you for the stay!

The house was clean and great. Probably my favorite part was the extremely simple check in and check out procedure. No muss, no fuss. Also, the fees were reasonable. Would stay there again.

We originally just needed one night before we went on our kayak trip

Host is great. We got in town a lot earlier than originally planned and Jason got the house ready to and let us check in. Then the rain came and we had to extend our stay until the river went down and Jason stayed in contact with us, blocked out dates so we could stay if needed … and we needed to. 10/10 would recommend.

Cannot recommend it enough, perfect for our fly fishing trip! The owner was an excellent communicator as well.

Peaceful country setting that was exactly as advertised. House was clean and well-stocked. Owner was very responsive to messages. Just what we needed for some R&R!

Everything was as advertised. Was clean and tidy and had all the basics needed. Comfy and warm inside even when temps dropped below freezing. Check-in was easy, owner was responsive and kind. Loved that we were surrounded on three sides by cow pastures and house was set back a ways from low-traffic road. Was very peaceful. But also only 10-15 mins from town. Would stay here again.

Older home that needs some TLC . Much better than a motel room . No one around to bother you.

Just like being at home except we get to trout fish and enjoy the beautiful scenery.Great place and a great area to get away to.

Very clean and quiet place to stay.

3 br 1 ba quiet country farmhouse just few miles out of town between Mtn Home and Gassville . fishing close by. Plenty of parking. ceiling fans in the large bedrooms. air worked good. roku tvs in living room and two bedrooms. nice kitchen. nice washer and dryer. fire pit and seating outside. would stay again .outsideoutsiseatingoutside.

Clean quiet comfortable. Enjoyed Roku & streaming options. Deer in front yard in morning. Would stay here again.

This cabin captured the cozy feeling of a rural hunting cabin. It was clean, comfortable, and accomodating. The only complaint we have is we would have liked to use a toaster. No big deal though.

Was a wonderful stay. Location for us was perfect. For all the many swim holes that we wanted to go to. an hr drive in opposite directions wasn't bad. Pluse we loved being out in the country side rather than in town but yet not to far from town. The house was well stocked with seasoning/ coffee extra. Plenty of extra blankets Ac worked well. We really enjoyed the fier wood they had we did s'mores few nights while list music out side. We appreciate the grill that was available for use even thow I used my charcoal grill over all we had a very memorable family vacation. It will be on or list for returning as a coustomer .
