Stayed Oct 5, 2024The Beautiful A2 Bungalow was a fine place to stay while visiting our son at U of M. The location is pretty wonderful - near enough to campus, stores and Zingerman's Road House. The house was clean. The beds are really comfortable. There are plates, cups, pots and pans available for use and a Keurig machine. This is purely a rental unit - there aren't any condiments or spices, so if you plan to cook, shop accordingly. There is a couch and small TV in the living room and bench seating in the dining area. We definitely had all the space we needed. Nice shower and loved the empty shelves in the bathroom so we could set up all our things while we were there to give us that home away from home feel. We had just about everything we needed. The parking is a bit tricky. There isn't a lot of space and with two units and a few cars, it can be hard to get in and out of. That part was a bit stressful, but by the end of the trip, we figured out that backing into our space relieved the stress of trying to back out onto a busy street. We had a tiny problem with cars parked in the driveway when we first arrived, but with a quick text to the property manager the situation with the guests staying upstairs (who were very sweet) was resolved quickly and without issue. All in all, this is a lovely property. We felt very safe and secure and instructions were simple and helpful. We'd definitely consider staying at the Beautiful Bungalow on our next visit to lovely Ann Arbor.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022My nieces and I stayed at the apartment to visit my daughters at UM. The place was very cozy, clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The other nice thing was the location was 3 minute drive to downtown and campus. Wish the weather was nicer but March is so up and down. I really liked the digital combo lock to get into the building and apartment. So no keys to worry about. Also had no issues during the stay. Everything was great.

Stayed Mar 30, 2021We ended up in Ann Arbor due to a family medical emergency. Found this apartment online after a few days in a hotel with our 9 month old. What a relief! Very clean, well kept and equipped apartment. My Aunt stayed with me to help with the baby while I visited my mom at the hospital. It was the perfect place. Only a few minutes from the hospital and in a quiet safe feeling neighborhood. Property manager answered all of my questions very promptly and kindly, even when they were repeating information I should have already known.
