Beautiful 4BR/3 ba House-3miles Disney large pool/spa/XLdeck-Wheelchair friendly

Communication with Michelle was excellent. The villa is in a lovely, very quiet location. Backing onto woods and overlooking a pond on the side. The pool and spa are great. Bonus only 10-15 minutes from Disney. Thanks Michelle

I was really impressed with this home. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for our surprise getaway trip for our friend’s birthday. The spa and pool was not heated when we arrived, but a quick call to the owner fixed that issue within a few minutes. We were not traveling with children, but there was a really cute Frozen themed room in the house. I would definitely recommend this property.

The pool was excellent, very easy to warm up and the jets in the spa we could turn on on demand. The villa is in a beautiful spot very peaceful and relaxing. We looked forward to coming back to the villa after a long day at the parks. Highly recommended.

Pool and hot tub were good and the location was close to the Disney parks and many many restaurants.

We had a great stay. The host was very quick to respond to any issues we had. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and appliances. We loved the close proximity to the Disney parks. We would definitely rent again.

The home was in excellent condition. The host had was very good at communicating. She even notified us of a possible power outage while we were at Universal. She made our stay carefree.

We really enjoyed the pool and Michelle changed the heating times for the 8 year old. It was great coming in from the parks and make to let him swim and hot tub to wind down. Comfortable house with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Neighborhood was very nice. Michelle was quick to respond when needed.

Everything we needed and more was available at the house for us. Beautiful, clean house. Plenty of room. Michelle was available when we needed her. She even left us a kind message mid through the week to ensure she was there if anything was needed. The pool area was amazing! Plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy our outdoor time by the pool. I would stay here again!

The number of bedrooms was perfect for us. We loved the large pool and spa.

Owner was very good with communication and we had what we needed there without having to overpack for the baby

House was in a quiet neighborhood on a corner lot backing up against the woods. 10-15 minutes from Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay!! Super clean, spacious, plenty of accommodations for larger families. Game room was a blast!! Would stay here again!!

We loved this property. The pool and hot tub were great. The two primary bedroom suits were perfect for us. Beach towels were on site for the pool. We would absolutely stay again.

Overall the property is very nice, the property owner was very quick to respond to requests. The A/C is on some kind of lock that if the patio and window lock. That if it’s open it shuts down the heating and air shuts off in the entire house. If you want to make use of the premier heated pool and spa you have to send a payment to the owner directly other than just adding it to the price

We stayed during our daughters cheer comp, house was so clean, pool with heat was fabulous for the girls after long days. We look forward to staying again.

Property was spacious for my tall family 6'9 men. Hard to find properties with mutiple King size beds. Pool heat was additional and needed because temps only reaches high 80F on our week. Only reasons for 4 stars rating was due to cleaning needed on ceiling fans ,Bathtoom tilesand air ventsfansfansfans

House was a great place to stay. Enough room for the whole family. Pool was very nice. Great location for Disney and Universal. Would rent from again.

This is a very beautiful home that fit our family needs perfectly. The layout of the home is great and the outdoor pool area provided us with an enjoyable time. My 2 year old daughter loved swimming in the pool.We so badly wanted to give 5 stars, but we did encounter an inconvenience that brought some frustration. After travelling a majority of the day, my 2 yr old was tired and was ready for bed. When we walked into the home, i noticed no bed linens on beds, towels piled up on the floor and it just didnt seem like the house had been cleaned. It was after the hours to contact the property management team, so i reached out to Michelle. Michelle was very quick to respond and took action immediately. Apparently the cleaning person had to leave for an emergency the day the home was to be cleaned and it never was communicated that the house had not been cleaned. Michelle contacted the cleaning service manager, who then got ahold of me. Both were very apologetic and offered to put us into a different home for the evening until someone could come the next day to clean. We denied to do that because we had already put my daughter down to sleep, and we found a spare set of bed linens we could use for the night. We were also refunded the cleaning fee. The next morning, the cleaning company was there right away....now we could unpack our bags and get settled in. My wife and i are understanding people and get it that things happen, but it did inconvenience us.

This propertybwas amazing! Having the pool there and also the house was protected by alarm systems at all times. Property also has a garage full of games including multiple strollers to use. Strollers are single and doubles.

Property was in a great location with an amazing pool and hot tub set up. 15 min to Disney and 20 minutes to universal. Communication from Michelle was very good. Will gladly stay again.

The vrbo house was great for the few days we were there. When we arrived the air conditioning was not working and the property manager had a repair man there within the hour and it was 8 pm. Our trip was cut short due to the hurricane. We were there to go to Disneyworld so we did not have as much time as we would have liked to enjoy the pool and game room at the house. I would definitely book this property again. It is very close to the parks.

The property had all you need for a great vacation very close to Disney and other parks. The kids loved the pool which was a very good size. We were visiting from the UK and found Michelle very helpful and easy to deal with. Thank you so much and hope to visit again in a couple of years with our other daughter and grand children

What a perfect little getaway. Everything you need in very short driving distance and less then 20 minutes to all 4 disney parks!
