Follow the path from the property to the Pamet for direct access to launch your kayaks. Close to Corn Hill Beach on the bay for swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing. The home, original built in 1840, was completely renovated in 2012 and is set on a lovely, private lot overlooking the Pamet.

Enter a foyer leading to the living room which looks out over the yard and the Pamet beyond. There is a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. A cut through provides the chef with a view of the Pamet! Enjoy meals in the dining room with large dining table and breakfast bar or head out to the beautiful screened-in porch off the living room. There is a den on the first floor with comfortable seating and a flat screen television with Apple TV (stream with your own accounts) and WiFi. The first floor also has a bathroom with custom shower.

The second floor has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, sitting area and en suite bathroom with custom shower. There is a door to a private balcony overlooking the Pamet--a tranquil spot perfect for a good book or to catch up on emails. The second and third bedrooms each have a full (double) bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. There is a bathroom with custom shower on the second floor as well.

The lower level has a finished room with sofa and smart TV (streaming only with your accounts). The washer and dryer are on this floor.

This home is bright and spacious--the perfect meeting of modern and traditional. The main living areas and bedrooms have hardwood flooring throughout. This home is beautifully furnished with custom details and finishes. The home has central air conditioning.

Relax on the screen porch or on the master balcony overlooking the amazing river/marsh view. Enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill and charcoal grill.

Only a mile to Corn Hill Beach on the bay--drive, walk or ride your bike. Just shy of 1.5 mi to Jams, Blackfish and the Truro Farmers Market. Short drive to Truro's ocean beaches, live performances at Payomet Performing Arts Center, golf at Highland Links and tours of Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod and Highland (Cape Cod) Lighthouse. Head into Provincetown for shops, galleries, restaurants, live entertainment and fun on the water including whale watches and fishing charters.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

    This house overlooks the Pamet Marsh---an ever-changing landscape of water and marsh grass teeming wth coastal wildlife. Although there are near neighbors, the grounds are entirely private and quiet; no neighboring structures are visible from the house. The house itself is a vintage Cape which has been tastefully expanded and updated. The interior is light-filled and spacious, with lovely art and furnishings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped for feeding and hosting a crowd and all of the bathrooms are recently renovated. There also is a terrific library, screened porch and an outdoor shower. All in all, I cannot recommend the property enough. We hope to return for longer next summer!
