Beautiful 4 Lvl, 4BR/4BA, Minutes to downtown, 4 King Beds each w/private bath.

Our stay was absolutely spectacular! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from Broadway, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy all the restaurants and attractions. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the host made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing! Garage on first level, easy access parking and secure. One room ground level, another room, kitchen and living room on second level. 2 bedrooms on third level and amazing rooftop on the fourth level. Four king beds with each having its own bathroom. Huge closets for luggage. Very clean and easy short drive to Broadway. Beds were very comfortable and no street noise. Hosts were very to work with and communicated often. Will stay here again!!!

This place was amazing! The host kept in touch and was very helpful with making recommendations for transportation around the city. Fresh fruit and a couple bottles of wine greeted us. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. Temperature of the house was easily regulated without issue. The kitchen was beautiful with tea and kcups provided. There were 2 - 4 toast toasters which is rare in my VRBO experience. I texted the host with a question and immediately had a response. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood felt safe. There were 3 couples that stayed in the house, and we all commented several times during our stay how wonderful the place was. I just can't say enough good things about this place and the courteous interactions we had with the host. We'll be back!!

Wonderful home base in Nashville, very updated, tons of space, great location within walking distance to Midtown and 12 South and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again.

This property has great space and convenience when traveling with a group! 4 couples convened on Nashville for an annual trip and had an amazing time. Bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms were a big hit. Stocked coffee bar was an unexpected blessing on the 1st morning. Would definitely reserve this property again for future trips.

Beautiful, immaculate townhouse with plenty of space for 4 couples (comfortable king beds in each room and en suite bathrooms). Owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Large kitchen for cook-in meals, and spacious rooftop to relax/dine. Convenient location; short drive to most sites.

The home is very well comfortable and perfect for friends and family. It has everything that you need and more. The highlights are the rooftop and the special extra touches by the host such as an overflowing basket of fruit. We loved the rooftop, enjoying the night air and conversation with our guests.

We were with a group of five adults - and this property was just as it was advertised. Check in was very easy and the property owners are responsive and helpful. It was great having a garage and being able to walk to restaurants and downtown. The appliances, linens and furnishings are all very nice. So kind of the owners to leave fruit and wine to welcome us.The only problem is that the cleaners use heavily perfumed cleaning supplies. They sprayed air freshener onto the beds which was very hard for two of us with allergies and chemical sensitivity.I recommend that if you are prone to allergies or sensitivity to chemical fragrances that you let the owners know before your arrival. I'm sure it will not be a problem for you if they know ahead of time.

This place was more than expected. My friends and family enjoyed our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a plus on an all girls trip. Close to everything was a bonus. Minutes from broadway. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Host was very accommodating since we arrived earlier than expected. Thank you Dave. .

The house was great!!! Very clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway and several other places in Nashville. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved the rooftop area. Just an all around great place to stay. Hope to come back again soon!!

The property was clean. There are 51 steps from the garage to the upstairs deck, which was a challenge for me because I need a hip replacement. I did not understand that when I booked this property. There were extensive checkout cleaning instructions which we followed. We treated his home like we would treat our very own, and we are very clean and conscientious people. The next week we received a notice that he had filed a claim against the insurance policy that we purchased saying that we damaged his property. We did not damage his property. The insurance company denied his claim and he said I owe him personally.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! Each bedroom had a king-size bed and its own attached full bathroom, which made everything so comfortable and convenient. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed.The large kitchen with the island was a standout feature — it became our gathering spot and was perfect for everyone to stand around, cook, and hang out together. The layout is ideal for groups who want both privacy and shared space.Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — just a quick Uber ride to downtown Nashville, making it easy to enjoy Broadway and all the attractions without the noise and congestion.We truly enjoyed our stay immensely and would absolutely book this home again. Highly recommend for groups, families, or friends traveling together!

Yes for the most part. The ice maker did not work . The shower close to the garage tended to stop up somewhat. Loved the chocolates and the wine and the coffee service was great.

The place was very clean and well furnished. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond leaving some extra little special touches. It fit our needs very well.

This place was beautiful!! One of the nicest places we've stayed. I didn't love all the stairs, but that's how Nashville is. If you have any physical disabilities, this place would not be ideal. The living space is on the second floor. For our group of 4 adult couples, it was absolutely perfect! Spacious rooms, private bathrooms and the rooftop patio was a perfect way to hang out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

We loved everything! The home was perfect for 8 seniors, as we each had our own room and bathroom. There are lots of stairs but they were relatively easy to handle. Kitchen was well stocked, with enough coffee, tea and ice for us all! Roof top patio was wonderful and a great way for us to end every day with a night cap. We all agreed, this home was a top highlight of our trip to Nashville. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. So well decorated and pristine. I was in town with my 3 best friends of 32 years. We pick a different city each year. This was one of our best trips and partly due to our residence. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We all had our private space. Kitchen well stocked for big breakfasts in the morning. Added touch was fully stocked coffee bar, snacks and wine. This we have not experienced before. David and Val were very responsive with questions regarding local recommendations. The garage was another added benefit as we had a rental car. Would highly recommend this property and its people to others.

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home. We will definitely be back next time we are in Nashville. The unlimited coffee and tea, large bowl of fresh fruit and 2 bottles of wine are a very nice touch! The beds are very comfortable, but could use better pillows and a refresh of the sheets. We had a great stay. The property is perfect for adult couples as every room is a king, has a bathroom, soap and conditioner provided, a full length mirror AND iron in each room. Wine, fruit and chocolates were a very nice touch. This couple knows what they are doing. Thanks for a great stay.

Fabulous all around. The hosts are wonderful; quick, efficient communications. Unit is outstanding. It has everything you need and more. Instant hot water everywhere. Check-in is a breeze. Dave & Val provided fresh fruit, wine, chocolate, Keurig pods galore, and big fluffy towels. This is a quiet, convenient, safe location. The unit was sparkling clean & tastefully decorated. The beds have the MOST comfortable mattresses ever ! They have thought of everything. You will NOT be disappointed with this rental.

The property was perfect for us—4 girls who were there for a conference. So great we each got our own room & bathroom! It was very clean, well maintained and the kitchen had everything & more we could ever need!The property manager gave us all the info we needed upfront so there was no to ever reach out. (That’s a first for me…and I travel a lot!)I would definitely recommend this property.Love that we were able to keep our luggage in the garage until check in. We loved our time here! What a very comfortable, extremely clean, absolutely wonderful place to meet three other couples from other parts of the country for a fun time in Nashville! We all said we couldn’t have picked a better spot and would definitely come back again!

We had a great stay. Property was exactly like the pictures in the listing. We were very impressed. The location was nice as we walked to a nice quiet section of the city for breakfast every day. Broadway was just a short uber ride away.. and the roof top patio was a perfect place for a night cap.

Very nice place. All 4 couples got their own space, king beds and private bath. Gorgeous views from the rooftop patio. Living room area is fine. Warning: there are lots of stairs up to the higher 2 bedrooms.

Property was very clean and in excellent shape. Well equipt with many amenities. Very comfortable and cozy setting on roof top as well as the living room.

Perfect location for our pre wedding and wedding activities! The only thing the unit could have used is a drip coffee maker and a small work desk somewhere, other than that, the unit was clean and comfortable. The ice maker did stop working on our last day there.

We had 4 couples stay here for a long weekend. Perfect location, close to broadway, 12 south and the gulch. Beds were comfortable, having master bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. We loved the garage and rooftop. Grilled out and had lots of items stocked in the kitchen. We would definitely rent here again.

8 friends gathered for our first trip to Nashville, and it was a great time and renting this house was perfect for getting together with a group. 4 spacious king bed/baths allowed for time together and time apart. House was very welcoming with a fruit bowl, wine and well stocked coffee bar! Great time was had by all.

This is the perfect location for a friends trip! We loved the comfy beds and private bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with all the right tools and the seating was spacious for eight people! Can't say enough good things about this property!

Had a great stay at this property! Considering we ended up having 2 games in 3 days at Belmont U, the location was perfect. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars in the area with downtown only a short drive away. If you have a larger group (there were 8 of us), there is plenty of space to hangout together and 4 good sized bedrooms if you want your privacy. All in all, we were very happy with this property and would highly recommend it.

This property met all our needs. To start off the availability and assistance/communication with the property owners was excellent. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and exceeded our expectations. Our entire family enjoyed our stay and would love to book again in the future.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The hosts are tops. In addition to the perfect accommodations, the hosts has a bottle of red and white wine, chocolates and a basket of fruit waiting for us. The property is within walking distance to Broadway Street. T

We really enjoyed this lovely property. All bedrooms were a good size with king beds (very comfortable) and well appointed ensuites. The kitchen/living space was perfect for the 8 of us to gather for breakfast and at the end of the day. Uber rides to Broadway or Gulch area were under 10 dollars. Owners were very kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was everything they said it would be. The bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were even better! Nice coffee bar and fruit the host provided. Very welcoming and clean.

We had 4 couples and the house was perfect for us. We flew in and was given the option to drop off our luggage for storage until check in which is great. However we did have a couple of hiccups with entering the property but I had immediate response from Val and everything worked out in the end. We VRBO a good bit so we loved the little touches of the kcups, creamer, sweetner on site and the fruit basket. The property looked great and was perfect for 8 adults. If I had to list any downside of the property is that i wish it was in walking distance of a few more restaurants/bars and the only other thing is that you can hear everyone when they move around in the house. But I would definitely rent again if we have 8 people traveling.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The location is perfect. Close enough to broadway to rent scooters or uber cheaply but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The roof top was a huge bonus as we really enjoyed hanging out up there at night! The hosts are very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely be booking again next time we plan a trip to Nashville. I love Nashville so I know I’ll be back eventually!

This was the perfect stay! The townhouse is very spacious and clean. The rooms were huge and all had king size beds and spacious bathrooms. I couldn’t recommend enough. My friends and I had the best weekend here.

This property was tremendous. Our group was 4 adult couples and this place was perfect. This was the BEST equipped VRBO I have ever experienced. From the new bag of ice, fresh apples and bananas to the bathroom toiletries. These owners set you up for a remarkable stay. We will definitely return!

This property exceeded our expectations, even with the beautiful photos online. The 4 king ensuites are luxurious! So many small touches show how much the owner want you to enjoy your stay. The rooftop is perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We have never seen a more impeccably, clean property! The location is perfect…felt very safe taking walks to breakfast and the wonderful shopping area nearby. The Uber/lyft transportation is 12-15 mins to Broadway with minimal cost. This property will not disappoint in any way!
