Beautiful 4 bedroom home with pool near to Disney

Everything was great

The house is as shown in the pictures. Recently they removed the trees over the pool which made it nice for sun. We had the pool heated and it was lovely. Home has everything you need. Graham was excellent to work with! House was situated in a nice gated community. We could walk every morning and not worry. I would definitely rent this home again. The price was great for the size of the home. It has 2 en suites and 2 other bedrooms that shared a bath.

Great house! More space than we needed, but maybe next time we’ll bring friends! The pool was great and we loved sitting out in the evening playing cards at the table. They had the pool heater on, but it was an extra $200 to use it. It would be nice if there was a place or way to say whether or not you wanted it’s use, rather than it just being on. I will say even though it was 85 degrees at the warmest part of the day, we did need it. Kitchen had just enough to cook simply! Most houses we’ve stayed at had a few staples, like condiments. We did finally find the salt and pepper. The beds were not very comfortable, felt like we were sleeping in a hole, maybe they just need flipped or rotated. They only provide a roll of toilet paper ( 1 per bathroom) and 2 trash bags. I think leaving more than that would be more favorable. We did appreciate and used all of the laundry soap provided. Overall, excited to come back!

Spacious home with plenty of room for a large number of guests.

Beds were not really that comfortable. Home was in need of repair and some really good cleaning. Host was very easy to get a hold of and showed up with batteries for TV remotes, but still couldn't work the TV after an hour of new batteries. Pool heat was on and pool was cleaned after storm which was very nice, but the whole house is ready for a deep clean.

The check in process was a little unnerving but we got it all straightened out. The welcome basket was very much appreciated. We never did figure out the tv, but it was kind of nice not having it for 3 weeks. Need instructions. The kitchen table and chairs were terrible. They just do not work for short older folks. Very uncomfortable. Home does need a little tlc. Lots of light bulbs not working. Living room way to dark to read. Blinds in several of the rooms slats were missing. Not good in the bath. Graham was a pleasure to work with.

The home is a beautiful home and is in a good neighborhood. The local neighbors were very nice and accommodating, even providing us a garbage receptacle because the receptacles for the property were full when we arrived. The location is very convenient and close to all the major attractions, super markets, and restaurants. The only complaints that we have is that the beds were very uncomfortable (like sleeping on plywood). After the third night of our stay I went to Walmart and purchased a memory foam mattress topper, and then was able to get a good nights sleep. The dishes had to be washed again because they still had food on them, and the master shower had black mold growing in the grout and around the soap dish. Overall we had a good time, and enjoyed the swimming pool a lot, but probably would not rent the property again. David R.
