Beautiful 4 Bedroom Eagle Lake Home

We came to the Northwoods of Minnesota to walk across the Mississippi River. We wanted to stay in a house that was quiet, yet close enough to make getting around easy. This house was big, inviting, clean and well-appointed (at least 25 towels in the bathroom, and they're brown so no one has to worry about makeup!!). There were 5 of us and a baby, and everyone had their own room with their own bed. The closets were full of big, fluffy, blankets in case someone got cold while they were sleeping. The house is pet-friendly (we don't have pets) and it was clean and didn't smell like leftover pets. The house is updated, including the kitchen, and made having meals together easy and enjoyable. The walk to the dock to watch the water and listen to the loons was relaxing and peaceful. We took a kayak across the lake. We sat out by the fire and watched the stars. We sat on the deck with our morning coffee to watch the fog lift. It was the perfect spot for a quick little getaway. About the only thing we didn't do was play in the sandbox (there is a sandbox for the kiddos!!).

Everything was as advertised and we very much enjoyed our stay. We were also apprciative that two dogs of any size were allowed to stay too. It was hard to find a nice property that allowed two larger dogs.

Everything was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of space for our group, awesome kayaks to use. It was also so close to Itasca, where we spent a half day. Thanks for a great time!

Better than expected, hard to judge a place from pictures, but the pictures didn’t do this place justice. Everything felt new, lots of space (two different sitting areas on different ends of the house upstairs, and another downstairs, not to mention the deck and the fire ring in the front. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time on Eagle lake in Park Rapids!The house was very spacious and had everything we needed.Having kayaks and paddle board to use was a bonus!

Beautiful location and plenty of amenities. Lots of space to spread out. Gorgeous walking path through a wooded area to get to the dock. The fire-pit was great too. We were only there a few nights for a family reunion in town but would definitely come back if we needed a place near Park Rapids.

Lovely getaway for the entire family to enjoy. Cozy enough for a couple but also plenty of room for a large group without being crowded.

We enjoy all of the features of this place and the privacy. Great view of lake, plenty of space and special touches to welcome guests. Had a nice bonfire one night (dry wood is provided). Plenty of room with more than one level for guest. Love the outdoor balcony too.

3 couples so bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect. Great location to snowmobile trails. With upper area parking it worked great for 3 vehicles and trailers

My wife and I stayed with our adult daughters and grandchildren. The home had plenty of room for all, with beds to spare. Kristine was wonderful to work with, very responsive to questions. It was nice to meet her on check in day. The home was immaculately clean and all amenities were well stocked. Beautiful views of the lake as we watched the eagles fly each day and ice gradually formed on the water each morning. Just what we were looking for!

Took my wife and 2 boys hunting. Wife stayed and enjoyed the house to herself while the boys and I went hunting. Came back in the evening for dinner and a clean comfortable place to stay. Very nice house. Well stocked. It was like having our own cabin. Thanks again.

So much space to do what you each want. Lots of beds to choose from. Host was great to work with. Lake was quite and peaceful to sit by.

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The description was very accurate. The house was very clean and inviting. Lots of space!! We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the deck playing cards. I would definitely book this place again!

The host was responsive and wonderful to deal with. This may have been the cleanest property we've stayed at, we really appreciated that! And it was very comfortable. We would've liked to be farther from a busy road - it wasn't right on top of you, but you could hear it, and I didn't feel like it would've been safe to walk our dog along it. We also would've liked to have a better view of the lake, even when you're down on the dock. There's no beach area, but the kayaks and paddle board are great fun to use, and it's easy to get into/onto them from the dock regardless of not having a beach area. We really enjoyed our time there.

The had a fantastic time here. It was perfect for our family get together. Everything we needed was provided. The house was so cozy and inviting. We would love to come back again. The hostess quick to respond to all communications and the property is well cared for. Top notch!
