BEAUTIFUL 4 bedroom craftsman in the heart of Queen Anne!

We stay in VRBOs all over the country, and just loved this property. We were 7 adults, and there was plenty of room, the dining table was ample for us all, the beds were comfortable, the three full bathrooms were great, and the entire home is beautifully appointed. There is a charming back yard, we grilled fresh salmon we picked up at Pike's. What we loved most of all, was the proximity to Queen Anne's street, just 1 block up the little hill. Loads of coffee shops, book stores, restaurants, great ice cream place, etc. It was also super easy to Uber downtown and back, for Space Needle, MOPOP, and a Mariners game! Check in was a breeze and communications with owner were excellent. Wonderful home!

The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook and there are TONS of dishes. We literally had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The entire house is exactly as described and extremely clean. Summer (the host) checked in with me to make sure we didn’t need anything (a rarity in my experience). She also left us a welcome gift which was so sweet and unexpected. The location is perfect and the area is super safe to walk around. Grocery store is literally 500 feet away BUT the house is on a quiet residential street. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Location was great on QA Hill near QA Ave. Easy walk to needs. Parking was right next door or on street. Very nice, clean home. I will stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! We stayed here last year and felt so glad we chose to stay again this year. Appreciated the updates - especially the comfy rocker/recliner! Beautifully maintained , quiet and comfortable, location can’t be beat!

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely home for our sibling reunion. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The house itself was beautiful and full of character — even better than we expected. The location couldn’t have been more convenient for everything we wanted to do, and we loved being able to stroll to nearby restaurants and the grocery store. Having plenty of parking made things even easier. We’ll definitely be booking here again!

Such a great location. We enjoyed our stay with 8 family members. The house is beautiful and the backyard was perfect for lounging after a long day exploring Olympic NP and downtown Seattle. Summer was a terrific host!

Great location. House is very nice with big bedrooms, baths and laundry. Easy 1 block walk to stores and restaurants.

Overall our stay was awesome! Great location that is easily walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Also is close to a bus stop with easy access to all the typical sights. We really enjoyed relaxing on the front and back porches after exploring. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle in the near future.

Wow, what a wonderful house and location. We used all four beds and 3.5 baths. The home was well outfitted, clean, and beautiful. It is on a quiet residential street, one block from restaurants and shops. Just a terrific location.

Beautiful home, perfect location, all the amenities, what else could you ask for?! My family and I (7 total) came to Seattle for our son’s graduation from UW and we couldn’t be more pleased with the rental home. Summer was a fantastic host and the home had everything we needed, great appliances, pots / pans, table settings, black out blinds, AC units, and even a box fan that we normally purchase (my wife needs one to sleep). The location is absolutely perfect with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc all within walking distance. Although the streets are extremely crowded with parked cars, parking was no problem since we could park in the school lot right next to the rental. We very much enjoyed visiting Seattle these past 4 years, wish we would have found the house prior to our sons senior year, very highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous and well-kept home! The location cannot be beat, just a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, church. Summer's communications and book of helpful information and neighborhood information was perfect. Our first Vrbo Rental has set the bar high.

What a wonderful, stylish and quirky home full of character! Although the stairs were a bit of a challenge for my 82 year old mom, the home spaciously accommodated our 5 person family with room to spare. The shops and cafes are an easy walk. The upstairs external metal blinds (think European outdoor store shutters I guess) are a little bit off putting; the electric one in the main bedroom was simple to use and effective. The one in the dressing area which was manual, a bit more challenging to use (my husband has the knack although I do not). The showers were great and while we LOVE (and miss) Seattle water, the filter is a great option. We hope to return again!

Summer is an outstanding host. She responded in minutes to my inquiries. The house is spacious and extremely comfortable. And the location is unbeatable. A perfect place to stay when visiting Seattle.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Seattle. This house was perfect for our family of 6. Summer has truly thought of everything for her visitors and she responded very quickly when I had a question. Family travelled from Portland, LA, and Sacramento for a long weekend in this beautiful home in this cute & quiet Queene Anne neighborhood! Our Host (Summer) was so kind, helpful and accommodating from answering our questions, allowing early check-in, and gifting a nice bottle of wine! It was so nice to be able to walk just a few blocks to local restaurants and stores (-: Having off street parking was a total bonus after Amtrak train ride up was cancelled and we ended having to driving. At the end of every busy day was a great night sleep on a super comfortable bed!

We rented this lovely home for a long weekend in Seattle. The home was unique and beautiful. The location was perfect for all of the activities we had planned. We were very happy with the ability to walk to some restaurants and the grocery store, and the ample parking was a big plus.

The house is located in the heart of Queen Anne. The house is fully equipped in the kitchen and all the amenities are there as stated. A block away from Trader Joe’s and Safeway and local shops. Not far from the Space Needle and Pikes Place. The host responded quickly to us when needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this VRBO. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Our 8 family members (includes one baby) enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving week! The house furnishings and amenities were all one might expect plus more. So very comfortable for everyone. The architectural features of this updated craftsman house were captivating! werecaptivatingcaptivating!

Queen Anne is an ideal location and the house and host were both top notch. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable and quiet bedrooms. Great restaurants and beautiful views all in walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again and highly recommend it.

6 women in our 70s- high school friends - we all thoroughly enjoyed this house. Great place to come back to after enjoying Seattle. The neighborhood is adorable. We didn’t have to walk far for dining, groceries or a beautiful view at Kerry Park. This house has been beautifully restored. We appreciated all it offered and the host accommodating us whenever we had a request. We all agreed it deserves 5 stars.
