In the winter, the shoreline provides easy access for ice fishing, and the back yard has two great mini sledding hills! A large fire pit makes for great bonfires in the summer or winter (please monitor fires - NO unattended fires), and a wood-fired sauna located in the backyard is a rejuvenating way to relax. Firewood available. Central air conditioning is newly installed; or if you prefer, every room (except bathrooms) has lake-facing windows that provide a nice breeze.

At the end of the day, head back inside the walk-out basement to relax in the downstairs living room, which includes a second large TV, a cozy wood stove (firewood available; please monitor fires - NO unattended fires), and a great selection of board games, DVDs, books, and children’s toys. We absolutely loved staying here! My kids loved waking up and going straight to fishing and having a huge yard to play in. This house was absolutely beautiful and definitely set up for familys. We were close enough to town but still far enough away to enjoy deer coming in to eat apples off of the trees.

This was such an amazing trip for our family, we definitely made a lot of great memories. There was so much to do right on the property and we found that we way over packed because they had everything from floaters, sand toys, life jackets and kayaks. The house was fully stocked with an array of different necessities. The furniture was clean and comfortable and with 10 of us there the entire week we never felt like we needed more space. The out side property was equally as spacious and we really appreciated the private beach area. We also loved the sauna. Our family hopes to return next summer! I would encourage any large families to utilize this property seriously all ages will find something to do. Also,Grand Rapids is only 10 minutes away and has all the stores, restaurants and breweries right there. We loved the Forest History Center they even have a children’s museum.

What a nice place! It was clean and thoughtfully well stocked. The lake was beautiful! The games were fun and we really enjoyed the neighbors. I couldn’t find the sauna right away as it is tucked away in the woods.Really looking forward to coming again!

This is our second visit using this VRBO house. The house is great! We spent a lot of time with family as we said goodbye to my Father. The house was large and allowed space for family to come visit us. I would stay again on our next trip.

This property was perfect for our visit to Grand Rapids. We were visiting family in the area…I wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful home and property. The play area was so appreciated and enjoyed by our grandkids. New and different toys are always a hit! The high chair and small table were appreciated too! The property was clean and it felt like home. We would love to stay again!
