Absolutely beautiful home! Lots of room for everyone. The view was incredible. I was worried the beds may be uncomfortable (theres no sleep like home!) But they were so dreamy, no issues at all. There was so much to do at the house for all of us! We brought some board games but the house was stocked with plenty. Our first day we caught some fish but no luck after that. We took the canoe out and for a southern flat lander like myself, it was a magical view. I didn't feel the need to message the host pertaining anything. The welcome book thats left really says it all. The only flaws the property had was i couldnt find a broom (granted there were several vacuums), the Q sticks for pool had no tips left to them (again, not a big deal, its for fun!) The only grocery nearby is Ingles (super sweet staff & locals!) If you want a walmart its a beautiful 49 minute drive. All in all - Incredible stay. Will absolutely come back!

We love this cabin. The location and layout suits our family perfectly. Kitchen facilities are great except for 2 things. 1) No broom for quick cleanups. 2) Most pots are heavily scratched Teflon.Not sure how to contact owner. Needs to be easier.

Perfect family lakefront vacation home!

Six men stayed , 2 father and son pairs, a brother and an old school friend. My brother slept in the screened in porch on a blow up queen, each father and son had a bedroom with multiple beds and a bedroom for the old friend. Every one was comfortable and the house suited our needs exactly. The view is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Definitely would reserve the place again.

We stayed a few days with our immediate family of about 12 people. The house was perfect for us as each bedroom was it's own 'master' bedroom and had PLENTY of space/beds to accomidate our needs.The view from the back of the house is amazing....just overlooking lake Santeetlah.Having access and use of both garage spaces was VERY helpful as we had a number of cars and they were always on the go.We've stayed here in the past and will likely stay here again given the chance.

This property was perfect for our needs. It was large enough to comfortably host our gang that was in town for a family reunion. It was our central location for gathering for family breakfasts and suppers. The house is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Already reserved it for 2026!

The property was as advertised or better. Only small issue was internet service issue, mostly likely recovery from the storm. Would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful and quiet lake house is in a fantastic location in close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cherohala Skyway, and Tail of the Dragon. Lucy was very accommodating during our stay, and the home is well equipped for a group stay.

The place was great, close, clean, and spacious. Living space and kitchen were huge, bedrooms were also well sized (there are technically 4), it was nice to have separate bathrooms, and the kayak and canoe were nice extras.

The house was very clean. Plenty of nice roads to ride. Host was very good .

This was our second year in a row staying here and everything was perfect again!

We held my best friend’s bachelorette party here and it was absolutely stunning. We were able to rent a pontoon boat easily that was docked next door to the house. We could swim right off our dock and had our own private lake cove in the middle of forest and farmland heaven. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions and/or needed anything and the house comes with a binder with all the info you need about the place and the area. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for any large group, family, etc looking for a fantastic lake trip adventure. There’s also a canoe and tons of floaties and other things available for use at the property for free! ? The house is huge and has so many wonderful spaces to enjoy.

This was a great place for our family of 10. We had a great time. Rented a pontoon from Caden who was great to work with. The Host were amazing and very prompt to any and all questions or concerns. Definitely will rent this vacation home again!
