Stayed Mar 16, 2026The house needs a lot of attention — damage to the walls, steps that are cracked, and a slow-draining shower in the basement. Also, the dishwasher had to be turned to the side otherwise it wouldn’t open due to the drawer handle.

Stayed Sep 25, 2025Close to shopping and food. Nice neighborhood. Water pressure was terrible and check in was a bit of a struggle. Otherwise it was a good stay. Plenty of room for everyone.

Stayed Jul 9, 2025Meh... place was pretty dirty and not well maintained. The place is subleased about 3 times before it gets to VRBO listing. This made the check in process horrible to deal with as we never dealt directly with the property owner. I'm pretty sure it was managed by AI as I received multiple text messages in the middle of the night. Very annoying...Water pressure was dismal. For example it would take about a minute to fill up a 32oz water bottle from the refrigerator. We won't talk about what it was like to shower! The exterior doors don't seal. Trash was left on the driveway. Someone really got after the light switch covers and cause them to warp. You can see from the pics the overall state. The place really needs some TLC and a paint job to bring it back around.The location and history were great. Talking with one of the neighbors, we learned that these rows of homes were built in the '40s to house Pentagon workers. The construction was pretty uniqueIt does have central HVAC for the basement and 1st floor. The 2nd floor rooms have loud window units installed. Made sleeping a little difficult. We'd probably pass on this one again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2024Some insects were in the home, older home doors were tricky to work. Some of the pots were very old and the plates were very thin and cheap, broke one and replaced with a much better plate for $3. Old house smell needed to light candles to improve smell.

Stayed Dec 15, 2023So many little things that added up to disappointment. When we arrived on a Friday evening and it was 30° outside all of the windows upstairs were left open when we tried to close one of them it would not close so we called the property management and never had anyone come out to try to fix it we attempted to fix it by shoving a towel in the crack of the window. It was due to rain two days later, so the inside of the property was going to get soaking wet. We also found that there was wet linens in the washer left from the cleaners, who actually arrived late and didn’t clean the place until after our check-in. Faucet and downstairs bathroom had no pressure in it whatsoever. Storm door lock was broken and we could not lock the storm door. Kitchen countertops had food, caked and stuck to it. I had to re-clean the countertops before even putting anything on them. Parking pad in the back would only hold one of our cars. Other one had to be parked on the street in the front. Reported all issues to property management after check out as well as while we were there. No response from anyone. No apology nothing. Be cautious. If you’re looking for basic somewhere to put your head, I guess it would be OK but I would not rent from Cozy suites anymore..
