Beautiful 3BD/3BR Moroccan-Style Beach House w/ Garage

We stayed here with my son, daughter in law and 3 grandsons. It was the perfect house and location to everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly to work with! We would stay here again.

The house was beautiful and had every amenity you could need. They have a ton of beach equipment; towels, wagon, boogie boards, etc. We didn’t need to bring any personal beach items! The hosts were great and very communicative. The beach was just a short 1-2 minute walk away with a smooth path. Would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the nicest and best-decorated VRBO properties I've stayed in, anywhere. Finishes and furnishings are high-quality, and you can tell the hosts take very good care of the home. Everything seemed impeccably clean and organized; the hosts provided absolutely everything you could want, from laundry detergent to high chairs to beach toys and coolers. Very thoughtful. The location is excellent, maybe 2 minutes by foot to the beach. One caveat: the property comes with a dedicated garage--which is great and avoids the need to find street parking. But the garage is VERY narrow. (We had to fold in the mirrors on our rental Altima to get it in.) If you want to utilize the garage, avoid renting anything large or wide, like full-sized SUVs. Excellent place to stay!

We could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay for the weekend of our son’s graduation from SDSU! Connie and Karl are gracious hosts and have done an amazing job making their Moroccan Beach style house a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and perfect location. We highly recommend them as hosts!

We had a fantastic stay, very sweet and the place looked exactly as advertised. It's a short walk down to the beach and we really appreciated the boogie boards and the outdoor shower in addition to the rinse off for feet as well to keep everything tidy.

We had an incredible stay at this Mission Beach property. The home is truly one of a kind - beautifully designed with a Moroccan theme that gives it so much character and charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere while still being incredibly comfortable.The location couldn’t have been better. Being right in Mission Beach meant everything was within reach, and the easy beach access made it effortless to enjoy morning walks, sunset views, and time by the water whenever we wanted.They’ve also thought of everything you need for a fantastic day at the beach, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.This is one of those places that stands out from the typical beach rental. If you’re looking for something distinctive in a prime location, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Close to beach, and lots of food choices.

We've been coming to Mission beach for the last 10 years. Staying up and down mission beach from tower 5 to tower 22. This is the first time that we've left a review for the property. This property couldn't have been located in a more perfect location. Close to Belmont park. Tower 16 is just perfect for swimming, having enough people around but not be crowded. The moment that we entered the property, it felt more like home than a rental space for the weekend. The home was clean, well decorated and welcoming. This house is fully stocked, from the aluminum foil in the pantry, the spice drawer, the towels, the beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and anything you would need at home. Normally these rental properties have single ply toilet paper and hard crunchy towel. Not this one. I judge my friends house based on their toilet paper. This place has the softest toilet paper and the most plush towel. The beds are super comfy, we actually slept really well the first night there and that's unusual. So needless to say we will be back. If anyone looking and thinking twice, don't think just book it!!!!!

The property is beautiful. The materials, fixtures and finishes are highest quality. Connie, the host, was easily accessible and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The property is only one block from both the ocean and the bayside walking paths and beaches. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Connie warns you in advance of arrival that the garage is very narrow and it is, so an SUV probably won't fit.

We loved the design details in this home! Great indoor and outdoor space. Everything you need to cook for your family. Walkable to everything! Excellent hosts--super responsive!

This home was one of the best we've ever stayed at. The owners have really thought of everything. The home was clean, well kept, and had everything a family could want for a fun beach vacation. Towels, sand toys, beach umbrellas/tents, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. They really had it all!They were also super responsive if we had any questions. Our family will definitely be back in the future for another San Diego adventure!

Beautiful home. Excellent location- just a few houses in from either the beach or the bay. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. High quality kitchen items and linens. Fully stocked with beach gear. The windows are thick and the home well insulated so it was very quiet inside. The home itself is just beautiful inside, felt like we were in a 5 diamond resort. And having a two car garage is great. A lot of places in this area don’t have a parking spot and parking can be hard to find in this area, especially on the weekend. Highly recommend this property.

This property was exceptional. Location, comfort, amenities, host communication. Beds and bedding very high end, furniture was comfortable inside and out. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, cooler all available. We were 5 adults and didn’t find anything lacking. Would definitely stay again!

Finally a place that met all of our needs. This place is so great, I contemplated not leaving a review, because I wanted it to be our little secret. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, and a wagon, which made our time a the beach wonderful. The house had what we needed to make meals and spend time together as a family, rather than eating at restaurants. The beds were comfortable and we slept well throughout our stay.Finally, the hosts were communicative throughout our stay as needed. We will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful spot! Connie made the check in process seamless. The house was well stocked not to mention beautiful. The hosts thought of everything one would need to have a successful seaside vacation. We will be back again and again.

We had an amazing stay at this location. The listing accurately reflected the property and was clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, close to the beach for sunset views, Belmont park for fun with the kids, and seemingly 15 min from everywhere in San Diego. A huge plus was having use of the garage as street parking was difficult to find in the area. I would stay again and recommend to others!!!

Our family spent three wonderful days visiting colleges in San Diego. This property is very well-appointed, clean and comfortable, and having parking in this neighborhood is a huge plus. The owners are extremely responsive and very nice. Highly recommend.

This is a stunning, unique and comfortable home in Mission Beach. The tile is to die for. Gorgeous inside and out. It’s just like the photos. It’s just steps to both the bay and ocean. We rented a mid size car and it fit perfectly in the garage. House was well stocked with everything you could possibly want. Seriously, EVERYTHING. We cooked breakfast but mostly ate at nearby “walk to” restaurants. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and live just upstairs. Mission beach is a lively and vibrant spot. If you need a quieter time, a different location may work better for you. We would come back in a heartbeat

We love staying at this Moroccan inspired home. Spacious, updated and close to everything . Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which was great. Connie was very responsive everytime I had a question she responded quickly.Only negative is the noise from the street in the Master bedroom but thats just due to the location of the house.Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had more maintenance issues than we have ever experienced at other properties. The refrigerator and freezer were not cooling properly and resulted in our losing several protein items we brought with us. The remote control in the lower bedroom did not work and needed to be replaced. The bathroom sink in the lower lever was clogged with hair. The toe kick on the stairway was broken off, but was duct taped back in place and the toaster only had one slot that worked. This seemed to be a bit much for us.

Great location to beach and bay. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. Good to have gargage parking. Had a handicap accessible room and shower on the first floor, perfect for my elderly mother.

We could not be happier with this amazing property that we stayed at. We are VRBO owners ourselves, and I joked with my husband. This place was so nice and so classy we really should up our game everything from the dishes to the silverware how clean and organized it was Great communication great instructions. It is decorating a beautiful Moroccan style. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. It had a beautiful patio area literally a two minute walk to the beach. The couch was the most comfortable couch. I think I’ve sat on now. We wanna buy one of those couches They had distilled water by the iron. The attention to detail was out of this world. We definitely we will be back. What an amazing spot and what an amazing property.

The location and property was amazing. House was just as described and just a 2 block walk to beach.. owners very responsive to questions …Having parking for 2 cars a definite bonus in this neighborhood. Only thing I would recommend is, if possible, renting a car smaller than a minivan as the garage is very narrow., we all just honed our parking skills dont hesitate to rent this gem!

This was our second time staying at the house and it was just as great as before! We forgot to bring something with us, I texted Connie to see if we could borrow it and she was quick to reply and help. The beds are so comfortable! This will continue to be the house we check first when coming to the area.

This house is stunning and has absolutely everything you need to have a wonderful stay! Extremely clean and stocked with only the best. It is very close to the beach and restaurants but quiet. The owners are very nice and we didn’t even feel like they were in the connected property. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this property is. We will definitely love to stay here again. The outdoor area is so beautiful, as well.

This is a fantastic house with a wheelchair accessible first floor bedroom and bathroom. Very short walk to the beach and neighborhood coffee shops. The house was very clean. The living room sectional was comfy and provided a great gathering space. We would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful custom build has all the amenities and comforts. It's sparkling clean and the owners went above and beyond for us. While it's on a busy road the windows are thick and there's very minimal noise from outside. The boardwalk is very close which was great. The only downside about the immediate neighborhood is that (if you're a foodie) you'll need to drive to other neighborhoods for truly good/nice meals, but its also a good excuse to explore. Definitely get to Molly's for pastries! Would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing your property.

We stayed here for my daughter's wedding, which was in nearby Mission Bay. It was conveniently located to the venue and the property is absolutely stunning! There were six of us (three couples) and we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a short walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more! We ate many meals there because the kitchen is roomy and had plenty of pans, silverware, and dishes. We had the pleasure of meeting Karl and he is very friendly. The couple of questions that I asked thru email were answered immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stay in Mission Beach a couple times a year and my kids have been asking to stay at this property for the last year. This house exceed our expectations. We felt completely comfortable and had everything that we needed and more. I also noticed a lot of items for families with younger children, such as a high chair and baby monitor. I think these items would be really helpful for the families that need it. Communicating with the host was very easy. We appreciated how quick they were to respond to our text. We did not encounter any problems during our stay, but I have no doubt that if we did, it would have been taken care of right away. My biggest concern with any property in Mission Beach is parking. Having a garage is something that we always appreciate. We brought our VW Tiguan (small SUV) and didn’t have any problems parking at all. I did find it easier to back into the garage, but either way, there was plenty of room. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to return soon!

:This property is stunning! It's nearly on the beach and has toys, chairs, towels, etc. available for your use. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. I'm very picky about clutter and this house was like a model, no clutter at all and spotless. It's well appointed with cooking supplies although we used nothing as there are SO many wonderful restaurants in the area. It's walking distance to the boardwalk and many casual restaurants. We highly recommend and would love to come back.
