Beautiful 3/2 House: Tranquility on canal to private Lake Grassy entire home

It was the best experience by far that I have had. Sebastian and Aileen have been so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. Such a beautiful home and relaxing stay.

It was a Beautiful location. The property owner was very attentive and helpful. Would stay again at this property in a heartbeat.

Let me start by saying Sebastian is the kindest host we've encountered. Our situation was not a normal one, we were looking for a last minute place to get away from Hurricane Milton. Sebastian responded immediately to our request with an approval even with our 2 doggies. Thanks again Sebastian!

House is located in a very nice area. Canal in the back with dock to park boat & fish off of. Owner was very nice. Safe area to walk & neighbors were great. Can't wait to return.

Arrived in Lake Placid a week early and needed a rental quickly until our place was ready. Sebastian's speedy response and communication was a life saver. The home was quiet and comfortable, our favorite spot being the back screened porch watching the ibis and sandhil cranes. Our only disappointment was not meeting Sebastian in person!

Rotten fruit greeted us at the lockbox. The fruit trees in the yard attracted hornets. The front of the house had multiple wasp nests and a hornet nest. Be careful when going in and out! We bought spray and killed them. The water was beyond atrocious. Beware of well water. The whole house stunk like sulphur!! This house should not be allowed to be listed with VRBO. ****STRICTLY AN OPINION by the renter****

This place is nothing short of AMAZING! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable house on the canal! This place has everything you need and provides a clean, safe and beautiful environment to enjoy your peaceful vacation! I can’t say enough about this one! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Harmony House due to an unexpected situation with another rental. Sebastian was outstanding to work with and maintained an open communication with us throughout our stay. The house has a great location in Lake Placid on Grassy Lake. It is very well maintained and kept very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck/dock experiencing the nature around us. We anticipate being back in the area in the future an look forward to the opportunity to rent this or another house from Sebastian.
