Beautiful 3 story villa with room for 17 people - outdoor POOL and indoor SAUNA

This was a great home for a family gathering. 6 parts of the family gathering together - each getting their own room. :) Plenty of space, well appointed, easy parking, great sound proofing. We had two little ones in our crew. :)We appreciated the toys, pack-n-play and high chair. It was so nice not having to shlep these along. We had two little ones in our crew. :) We enjoyed the hot tub too. It was a great location for easy access to activities and services. In the summer it would be a great launching point for Riverside state park.

Our host was amazing! They were very easy to cooperate with and get all the details and information I needed! It was a beautiful house to stay in, my group and I had so much fun!

This was a fantastic house for our group! We brought a team of high school runners to compete in Nike Cross Regionals (NXR). The house had plenty of beds, linens, towels, and spaces for the girls to relax, do homework, stretch, and rest. They loved the hot tub and sauna, and had the best dance party & movie night in the basement after a long day of racing! As parents, we really appreciated all the kitchen amenities and counter space to make big meals to fuel our athletes. We will definitely be back!

This is a great property overall. We enjoyed our stay there. A few more amenities in terms of bathroom and kitchen supplies would have been nice, but we were okay. The hot tub and sauna were great, and the pool wasn’t clean so we did not use it. Check out was more work than usual which made us a bit anxious, but it ended up being fine.

This home was perfect for our family. 8 adults stayed in this property while in town for our fathers funeral. The host and home were perfect. The home is in a quiet, clean neighborhood in a great location for us. Spokane is HUGE and this home was in the perfect spot for us. It was very clean, comfy beds, solid internet. We all fit together in the living room and basement with ease to hang out, watch a movie, play games. The kitchen was well appointed. Hot tub was awesome. Very clean and covered if it rains/snows. We did not use the pool due to cold weather. We would 100% stay here again. The host was always quick to respond with any questions (only had a few prior to arrival, none of the questions were due to any challenges with the home). I would recommend a Bluetooth speaker for the home for some music, luckily my neice brought one. The Flying Goat in just around the corner and is awesome for some good pizzas. We have rented several and this is one we would definitely rent again.

The home was great! Lots to keep the little ones entertained as well. Very accommodating.

This house was perfect for our children and grandchildren as we were in Spokane for a wedding. The house had plenty of room for all of us. Mornings on the back patio having coffee was the perfect start to our day.

Big Beautiful house! Great amenities, nice pool. We brought a group of 17 people and were able to cook every night and it was wonderful! The neighborhood is nice. We went for walks around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend for large groups! We even saw a cute deer outside our window!

The house was huge yet cozy. I have to say the beds, bedding, and hot tub was my favorite parts, but loved having the space and the open floor plan to be able to cook and clean while still being with everyone!

Great place for my wife and I to visit our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson. The house was perfectly situated and afforded me a great work space for the few days in town. The home was clean, comfortable and in a quiet area. Will plan on staying here during our next visit to Spokane.

Neighborhood is quiet and gives home away from home vibes. Love staying here. The parking is always a huge plus. Area for multiple vehicles.

Communication was great with the owner who has a nice home in an established neighborhood. Home was perfect for our large group.

This home is a 2 min drive to the VA hospital in which I was working. Nice little drive there and back. Tucked back into a cozy little inviting neighborhood. Easy parking.

Came for a celebration of life with my family and my aunts family. House was great. Everyone loved the hottub and sauna. Beds are fantastic. Huge house with plenty of space. Some thing have changed thou since the pictures but overall great house and would rent it again.
