Beautiful 3 Bedroom Townhome In Downtown Winter Park With Private Hot Tub

Due to pet friendly, the inside of the house was too much cat hair everywhere. Not safe for children/people with allergies.

Arrived to find the hot tub completely unusable to bring dirty. PM did arrange to refill and clean, but that took a whole day only to turn it on the next day and watch stuff shoot out from the jets. The kitchen cabinets had dried on food on them and the shower had a mildewed bath mat. Something sticky on the couch had us sitting outside all evening. We frequent Winter Park to bike in the summer, and this was the most disappointing accommodation in years. Management did credit us $61 for the hot tub, but hardly makes up for the filth.

Wonderfully stocked condo and excellent location. Everyone was comfortable. We were able to cook our whole Thanksgiving dinner with the great kitchen. So many outdoor activities within 5 minutes. Also easy access to the ski slopes. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property . Well furnished and had all the kitchen items that we needed. Great location adjacent to a beautiful park and to Main Street in Winter Park.

Great place to stay! Was perfect for our family for the week. Amazing location, feels like you’re more remote because it’s the end unit by trees, yet a short walk to the park and restaurants. Will stay again!

Spacious room for our family of 8 plus pet. Quick walking distance to local restaurant's and shops. Something for everyone. Nice walking paths and nature walks

Great location- well stocked and comfortable. A few spots could use a more thorough cleaning - but overall no problems.Unfortunate timing for us there was early and late construction making it louder than probably would be normal

This was a great stay for us to get together with friends. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. It was very easy to take the shuttle. The host was responsive. The only down fall was the kids didn’t like sleeping downstairs and all the adults on the third floor. Just something to consider if you have small kiddos.

We booked this unit for a family Christmas visit with our son and his family, including 3 grandkids, but they all got sick and weren’t able to join us. So we enjoyed our stay just the two of us. Condo is conveniently located on a quiet street and is an end unit, so lots of privacy. Very clean and well appointed . Beds were comfy but pillows need replacing/upgrading. Good and prompt communication with the owner. Easy checkin and household instructions. Overall a very enjoyable stay although brief and not exactly what we had planned .

Perfect walking distance to the Winter Park jazz fest. House was VERY clean and communication with the host was second to none! Will definitely book again!!

We were two family groups of three that included teenagers and stayed together for 4 days in Winter Park. This property was perfect! It was clean, pet friendly, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable, the location very convenient to the paved river trail, and the hot tub was a bonus. Highly recommend!

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and wonderful layout: room to be together, but bedrooms private for a good night's sleep. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, close to the free ski bus, with a garage, hot tub, and even a fireplace.
