Sebastian was very accommodating during our stay. We had all the amenities and comforts of home. We loved the house and especially the screened in pool area. We really enjoyed sitting in the screened area in the early morning watching the wildlife along the canal. We would not hesitate staying here again when we return to Lake Placid.

Our stay was unusual because we were at this house during Hurricane Milton. We live on Florida’s West coast, and needed a secure place to stay further inland. The home owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating. He answered our questions quickly and allowed early check-in. The house was well stocked with housewares and linens, and feels like old Florida. One small issue was that the air conditioner had been off so the house was stuffy when we arrived. The owner helped us troubleshoot, and we got it working quickly. The house is in a pretty spot, with a pool, new dock, and big shady oak trees.
