Beautiful 2 story home minutes from all Nashville activities!

Very nice house that worked well for our family of 10. Was a large house with good kitchen and dining area. Good bed configuration for adults as no bunk beds. Location was good as it was short Uber rides into downtown Nashville

Host was available, shared phone numbers, easy to talk to. House was clean and well appointed. Hot tub was nice. Except for neighbor's lights. Pillowtop mattress was a bit too soft. A better selection of pillows would be welcome. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. The house was beautiful and large enough for the 12 of us. Loved the seating area and chairs out back, and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was quiet, yet an easy Uber ride downtown. Highly recommend!

Our stay was 10/10! The home is beautiful, rooms were spacious, and the hot tub was a great touch. They thought of everything in this house! The location was also fantastic. So close to Midtown and Broadway. Most importantly, the host was so easy to work with and so accommodating! Checked in with me before and during our stay.

Great house and location. Chad was a great host, 5 Star because you can’t give 6. Highly recommended.

The home is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, but keep in mind that the two queen bedroom is only semi-private. The barn door does not go all the way to the ceiling so their is a gap between the top of the door and ceiling. The bed frame in the second master upstairs is very creaky and bent. Regardless, there is plenty of room for 5 couples!

Chad was a five star host! I'm so happy we went with him! He let us check in early and check out late. Couldn't have been a better experience. I would definitely recommend!

I stayed at this property with 4 other couples for a 50th birthday celebration for my wife. Chad was the host and he could not have possibly been more helpful or accommodating. He provided suggestions for places to eat and places to go. He had a welcome booklet that explained how to use everything in the house.The house was in great shape and we especially enjoyed the large and comfortable common areas. The hottub was easy to use and accommodated 10 adults with no problem at all. The location was good and was an easy Uber/:Lyft ride to and from Broadway and the airport. We will absolutely stay here the next time we visit Nashville.

In town with family and friends for our daughter’s 22nd birthday. House is Amazing, Very Clean, short ride to Broadway which is where we spent most of our time & fit our group of 8 very comfortably with room to spare! Host is Awesome! He responded to my messages quickly! Would definitely recommend the house to anyone & will be our stay on our next trip to Nash!!!

We stayed at this home for my son’s 21st birthday. The upstairs has so many bedrooms and multiple bathrooms which was perfect for my son and his friends. It’s perfect for a larger group, but also would be great even if you didn’t need all the rooms. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need. The backyard was the perfect spot for all of us to hang out during the day. The house is only about 10-15 minutes from broadway and in a nice and quiet neighborhood.Chad, the owner, is amazing. He responded immediately when I reached out both before and during our stay. He also gave us recommendations on where to go within Nashville that were great.I would and will absolutely stay here again. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The home is exactly as in the pictures! Chad is super responsive but we never needed him. The beds are comfortable and the open concepts allows everyone to be seen and heard. It was twelve ladies and we ALL enjoyed ourselves. The nearby coffee shop was a fun walk too and we all will return.

This centrally-located, very spacious house was perfect for 5 high school friends to gather, rest and launch into all kinds of tours and events in Nashville. Literally 10-20 minutes from all popular venues. Comfortable suite on main floor was perfect for one of us with mobility issues. Lots of bathrooms. Host was super-friendly and helpful when we texted for some assistance. Lightning fast to answer and help. What a wonderful stay!

This property is spacious and perfect for a large group. We have 12 adults and felt we had room to move around and even find a place to be by yourself if ever needed.The entire house was very clean and had basically everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable. I was a little worried the room with 2 beds would be uncomfortable, but don't worry.... the beds were sturdy with quality mattresses. All rooms were comfortable and very clean. The host was readily available and extremely nice.The neighborhood was friendly, and we felt very safe at all times. We saw neighbors out walking their dogs, joggers, and there is an elementary school across the street...which never bothered us at all.

We took our adult children to Nashville. 8 of us. We had plenty of room and everyone could spread out. The host was very nice. He reached out and gave us some good advice for places and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. Not to far from anything. Just a quick uber ride. I would definitely stay here again!!!

I was hesitant to book this home because I thought the kitchen, dining area and great room may be tight forour group of 10 adults. I was pleasantly suprised. The opposite was actually what we experienced. Each of these rooms are EXTREMELY spacious. Furthermore, we did a crime search before selecting this property, and we found a pocket that appeared more safe. This home is located in this pocket, and is even acrorss the street from a school. This strategic location made the home even more safe and we had numerous parking spots available directly across the street. We HIGHLY recommend this home.

The house was just as shown in the listing. It’s very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was lovely. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. There was a Five Daughters Bakery and coffee shop within a very short walk. The host was very responsive and quickly provided the extra supplies we requested. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay that’s a quick ride to broadway for a group of friends to experience Nashville. Also a definite A+ host. They made the entire process easy and were very accommodating.
