The house of Baudron is a beautiful 18th century farmhouse recently renovated, facing south and overlooking a beautiful valley at the top of which you can enjoy the diversity and warm colors of the Angevin grove. Surrounded by vast green spaces and trees, this large cottage has a nice orchard with local varieties of apples, pears, mirabelle plums and peaches, and a nice pool of water (surrounded by a fence) on which you can fish leisurely. The house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15people. The outdoor pool (9x4m), facing south, is completely private and secure. It can be heated on demand and is open seasonally.

Practical arrangements:
A deposit of 1000 € for the rental and a deposit of 150 € for cleaning / selective sorting will be requested at the entrance of the premises, checks not cashed without reason.
