We have stayed at this property multiple times over several years, we keep returning due to the location, cleanliness and layout of the property. I highly recommend this property to anybody look to stay at The Bay.

Great communication from owners and Vrbo throughout.The property was exactly as described (grandchildren both said “wow” as we walked in).Great location in a lovely holiday park and not too far from the beach - 10 minute walk for little legs but be aware it’s down a steepish bank. Gorgeous sandy beach with no facilities, perfect for us to make our own fun.The property had everything we needed but a nice extra touch would be for the washer to be a washer dryer as we got absolutely soaked by torrential rain a couple times but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment. Good playground, & leisure centre with really helpful staff. Games for the children in the property were a nice touch - thank you. The shop on site doesn’t carry huge stock and the nearest supermarket is at least 10 mins away in Filey itself so I would suggest having an order delivered if you have a supermarket account at Tesco.Archery & mini archery sessions, pottery painting, tie dying were good for my 5 & 7 year old grandchildren. The swimming (free for us as we had a property pass) was a big success.Both grandchildren didn’t want to leave the property, site and Filey so we are seriously thinking of booking again in 2026

Had a 4 night stay at Beaurepaire. Cannot fault it. Great communication from owners. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Easy check in & check out. Will definitely book again if we are in the area :)

Xmas gift to parents who have been visiting the bay for year's. They say this lodge is Fantastic!! Very clean with everything you need and more .one of the best they'd stayed in and would highly recommend. Hopefully return next year.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Beaurepaire. Lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you could want. In a lovely quiet position and a short walk to the beach. Just lovely.

We were veyr impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the accomodation and noted it was well equipped.Really appreciated the little extras, like some tea and coffee, toilet and kitchen roll on arrival. It was quite easy to quickly adapt. We would definitely recommend it and might consider coming again.

Excellent accommodation in ideal location .

Everything you could possibly need is here. Lovely and warm.with central heating and a log burning stove. All crockery and cooking utensils are here. Close to Filey/ Scarborough etc. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay. Great base of all places on East/North Yorkshire coast. Plenty to do but equally relaxing. The Beach House was perfect. Will definitely be back!

This was our seconed visit. Two vary different weekends weather wise. This beautiful property had everything our young family needed to comfortably hide away from the storms. We cherished every moment and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for having us. Until next time

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this chalet it’s lovely in a quiet position on The Bay.

Over all very happy. Clean, easy checkin, ideal location for Filey and the local beach. Pool water was cold and it was crazy busy, think they need to look at hour slots to book in really but we only waited 10 minutes, maybe because the pool water was so cold ?. Would stay again as the beach and location are really what we were after
