Bearadise Lodge - Close to Beaches & Skiing, Minutes from N. Conway, NH

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. We loved the big table to eat together and play games with the family. House was beautifully decorated. We have been going up north for over 30Yrs as a family tradition and going to the Fryeburg Fair. This house was one of the best we stayed at. Thank you!!!

One things about house is grill lighter ignition doesn’t work and guest bedroom upstairs AC was not operating properly and that room would get stuffy (we had an extremely HOT week). Other than that house was perfect for our extended family trip!

We left an expensive item behind by mistake and it was retrieved immediately and will be shipped to us. We found that the home wasn't as clean as we'd expect with a $200 cleaning fee per rental. Carpeting was stained. Couches were worn and even torn in places. Some of the decor was very dusty and even had cobwebs on it. Having to visit the dump to get rid of trash and pay per bag is very inconvenient.But overall our stay was great.

It’s was clean, comfortable and everything was is working order. The kitchen was stocked with the basic spices, and the pantry had paper goods.We love this house so much we hope to stay again next year!.

Overall cleanliness not great. Bathrooms and beds were clean, but cheetos under microwave (we had to move it to retrieve something), wrapper in upstairs bedroom, interior draws (flatware tray) dirty. Knick knacks are great if they're dusted regularly. Living room sectional should be replaced (stained, pilling, worn).

It’s a very short (less than five minutes down the hill) walk to Little Pea Porridge Pond and driving distance to the other four beaches in Eidelweiss. The house is well appointed and has a lovely cozy feeling. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the ping pong table and the various stuffed animals located throughout the decor. The kitchen is probably the best we’ve ever been in, with a gas range, plenty of space for storage and lots of pots, pans, and dish ware. We were so happy we booked next year’s stay mid week! You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

Great location right around the corner from the water! Cars drive a little fast on the road so have to keep and eye out definitely wouldn't want kids walking alone on it. Property was not very clean when we arrived but we dealt with it after finding the vacuum and cleaners. Basement is musty but after a couple days of the windows open we enjoyed the pingpong game and foozeball. Close to Conway and shops and restaurants.
