Bear Splashin Fun- 3 Bdrm, Private Outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, & Fire Pit

This is a great home for kids, our 18 month old loved running up and down the hallway and playing with frogs by the pool! We had an issue with the toilet and property manager was there in 5 minutes and fixed it! He was super helpful!

The house was suitable and spacious for our needs. We spent very little time at the house. We had to call about the pool being green, but they sent a guy 2 days in a row to tend to it.

Everything was great. Except the pool. We noticed it had not been cleaned. There were frogs all in it. Frog eggs and slim all in it. We couldn't use it until they sent someone out. We were there 5 days and only got to use the pool 2 days. There were big black ants all in the kitchen. 5 of us and only 2 could shower before running out of hot water.

We received the address via email with a word document attached (day of, while driving) all other correspondence had a different address. After a long drive, we pulled in to the office. I was annoyed,rightfully so, and there was absolutely no apology. I have reserved other properties through another site and I am alway provided the address when payment is submitted. Anyway, my grumpy group has an additional drive of 30 minutes. House was not very clean. We have amazing pictures of a hefty hairball loose in the kitchen. Dishes were not clean. Pool was sadly closed. It was ann80 degree day.

We really enjoyed the home and area, but there was no key to access the pool.

Problems with the pool, but owner is responsive.

We loved it everything was just like it showed.in the photos and description it was very nice quiet but yes close.t9 everything we will definitely be returning here again next year the pool.was amazing we had such a wonderful.t8me

The location is very convenient and we had a great time.

We stayed here in March 2024 for a week. It was the best location for us as we didn’t just want to spend our time in gatlinburg during our vacation. The place itself did lack some cleaning such as dust accumulation but overall nothing gross. The pool wasn’t open during our stay but the hot tub was fantastic. The house, It was nice and big for our family of 6! But still cozy! The coffee pot leaks. It could have been operator error but we just decided to not use it after. Overall it was a great home base for a week in the mountains and we loved our stay! Definitely recommend.
