Bear Necessities Lodge: 16,000 SqFt Estate | Indoor Pool, Pickleball, Theater!!!

Bear Necessities Lodge
Where the only necessity is showing up — everything else is already here.
Perched high in The Summit on Bluff Mountain, Pigeon Forge's most exclusive gated community, Bear Necessities reimagines the phrase entirely. This is 16,000 square feet of custom-built luxury across three levels, wrapped in walls of glass that frame the Smoky Mountains from nearly every room. Some getaways give you a place to sleep. This one gives you a reason to never leave.
Step inside and the necessities start adding up fast. A soaring great room with a floor-to-ceiling window wall and a gas fireplace anchors the main level, flowing into two fully equipped kitchens — because when you're traveling with the whole family, one cook shouldn't have to wait on another. Seven bedrooms (three kings, four queens, and a bunk room built for the kids) sleep your group of up to 20 in comfort, each with its own smart TV, ceiling fan, and premium linens.
The play never stops. Take a dip in the private indoor pool any month of the year, then unwind in the private sauna or the in-ground hot tub under the stars. Catch a film in the dedicated theater room. Break a sweat in the fitness center, run the private walking track, or shoot hoops on the half-court basketball court. The game room is a world unto itself — pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, poker table, skee-ball, pop-a-shot, a jukebox, arcade systems, and TV gaming to keep every age entertained for hours. There's even a wet bar and mini bar to keep the grown-ups happy between rounds.
Step outside to expansive covered decks with a fireplace and sweeping mountain views, a fire pit for evening s'mores, a large gazebo, a covered picnic pavilion, and a fenced yard with a kids' playground and swing-and-slide set. An elevator reaches all three levels, there's spacious level parking with garage access, and the home comes beautifully decorated for fall and fully decorated for Christmas in season.
You're minutes from Dollywood, the Pigeon Forge Parkway, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park — close enough to explore, far enough to feel like you've escaped to your own private mountain estate.
Family reunions, milestone birthdays, multigenerational holidays, corporate retreats — Bear Necessities Lodge was built for the gatherings that matter, and for the groups who refuse to settle.
