This new home is in a prime location. It is directly across the street from the fishing pond and new park, pickle ball courts and baseball field. You are less than a mile from downtown shops, and restaurants. You are within in minutes of multiple beaches, trails, and the marina. Stayed Jul 31, 2022The house was clean and the yard was well maintained. Easy to find. Close to Heritage Park and all that offers, too. We will be looking for this property the next time we plan a family vacation at Bear Lake.

Stayed Aug 5, 2021This was the cutest little mobile home, right next to town in Garden City. It had the comfiest beds we've ever had, a fully-equipped kitchen (even included a blender and toaster!), extra blankets, etc. Communication with the owners was quick and easy, getting to and in/out of the home was easy and well-informed, as were all the instructions for the home. It perfectly fit our family of 6 with a lovely family room and kitchen area for us all to hang out in. I would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed Jul 18, 2021Everything was great- I am giving 4 stars because it would have been so nice if the property owners would have allowed access to the washer dryer. I have never rented something this size and not been allowed to use the washer/ dryer.

Stayed Jul 9, 2021We stayed here with our two married children, are two single children and our granddaughter. We had a great time. It was in a good location relative to the marina and numerous restaurants and there is a nearby park that my granddaughter liked to play at. From the description of the property and one review, we had the impression that it might have fewer amenities than it did. But we were pleasantly surprised. For example, the description does not indicate it, but there is a smart TV with many DVDs and a game console. Also, One reviewer mentioned that there is no air conditioning but there now is central air. We all had a great time and would be pleased to stay at this location again.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021We enjoyed the stay. And the support as we had questions was great. The interior was just as advertised and everything worked and was clean. Next thing the property needs to invest in is a yard and trees but that takes time.
