Stayed Jul 24, 2025Great stay overall after a small issue getting into the unit. The hosts were very responsive and we resolved the issue quickly. The condo was great and had everything we needed and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Property was clean and spacious, only downside was the bunk beds were so squeaky it would wake others up in the room when people moved.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025This was our first time to Bear Lake and it was wonderful! The townhome was the perfect size for my group. The hosts were amazing to work with and communicated with us great! The home had plenty of blankets, towels, and supplies. They even provided coffee and coffee fixins'! We will definitely rent from the Sipes family again!
