Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had a group of 11 adults and we all fit very comfortably. The location of the property is only minutes away from downtown Garden City and about 20 mins to North Beach. Heritage Park is within walking distance and we spent an evening playing pickle ball. The house provided large tables inside and out, large sofas upstairs and down. We enjoyed watching movies, puzzles, games, and the hot tub. There was plenty of parking in the circular driveway - we had 3 SUVs, a truck, and a boat!The home was well furnished with everything we needed including 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, a Blackstone, BBQ grill, & washer/dryer.There are great views of Bear Lake from the backyard and the main level balcony. The home got pretty warm during the day with the large open windows and we had trouble getting hot water in the downstairs bathrooms. We also could not find any kitchen garbage bags for trash, but we had some with us.
