Beacon Pointe, New 7-Bed Lakefront Luxury w/ Covered Decks + Heated Salt Water Pool, Hot Tub, Dock!

Wonderful well equipped house and beautiful lake views . The entire family enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the house and our first time at Smith Mountain Lake. There was ample space and the furnishings were nice. The only thing negative would be that the outside area was not clean. Cobwebs everywhere and outdoor furniture was dirty.

Beautiful home. Great pool and hot tub. Comfortable living spaces inside and out. Would definitely rent here again!

We loved our stay at this home. The pool was great the inside of the house was clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our family’s first visit to Smith Mountain Lake. We found this waterfront home to a perfect choice. It was modern, clean, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the covered porches, the pool and fire pit, and of course the dock. There were a few maintenance problems, but they were promptly taken care of. I highly recommend that you rent a pontoon boat for the week and a tube if you have kids. The boat was so much fun !

We had the best time! 15 in our family of all ages. Enjoyed boating, fishing swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, wake boarding and tubing, sitting out by fire pit at night, taking the boats to dinner on the lake at Drifters,….so much to do! House was beautiful and kitchen well stocked for making dinners at home! Plenty of room for everyone in our group to spread out and do what they enjoy: watching TV outside on deck by fireplace, playing cornhole by pool, reading by the fire pit, fishing off the dock, gaming on downstairs TV in den, playing shuffle board, relaxing inside ….We definitely plan to return!

We had a wonderful experience at the Beville Getaway properties. We rented two houses side by side to celebrate my daughters graduation from Virginia Tech. The homes were beautiful, clean and better than described. We had one small issue while we were there, and the communication was extraordinary and an easy fix. I was really impressed by the property and it is well managed. We will be back.

This house was perfect for ours girls getaway weekend. Even in the off-season, the Lake was a lovely setting. House was in wonderful condition and we would definitely come back!

We spent time with our family as we got to share in our daughter’s graduation and proposal of marriage by surprise. Wonderful time with her friends and hosted a nice but small dinner for her! Great home and plenty of room to entertain!

Great time in heated pool and paddle boarding around the lake. Very clean and full of amenities.

Been staying at SML for over 12 years and this was our first visit not during the peak summer months. While weather could have been better, Beacon Pointe amenities made up for it. House was bright, clean and well equipped. We had older adults with us and oath to dock was perfect. Will define booking again!!

We all came from the coasts- West and East, all beach communities. For many, a first time lake experience and for all Smith Mt. Lake. It was a wonderful experience. Having the pool enhanced the fun in the lake - tubing, touring, fishing. The location on SML was one of the nicest we had been told by other family members. The house was beautifully designed with appropriate accommodations for seniors ( 3 close to 80 years old) The room with Full Bunk Beds was good for the 18 - 21 year olds and the regular bunk room good for the 3 smaller children. The outside tvs were a wonderful amenity we’ve never had before ( Our family has used VRBO on Cape Cod, Virginia Beach, North West Puget Sound, Boston area, and North Carolina. This was by far the best all around for accommodations as well as enjoyment of the outdoors. The Owner was amazingly responsive to any request and addressed the very minor issues we had immediately. THANK YOU for providing a superlative vacation experience!

Excellent facilities, great communications re activity of service crew. Need to address poll slipperiness on entry exit. steps etc need to be treated with non slip material.

We had a group of 16 people stay for the week and loved our time at the lake! The driveway is very steep but comfortably fit 5 cars. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard daily, fishing from the dock, and watching the beaver come out of his dam next door. I highly recommend renting the pontoon with the property as that was our favorite thing. The middle floor with the living room is small so if you have young children I’d recommend bringing a few baby gates. The pool is gated which was an added feature for us with little kids. Finally, the pool was a bit dirty and very slippery but overall we enjoyed this home.

We really enjoyed our stay and using the amenities such as the pool, the paddle boards, the hot tub, etc.

We were skeptical of this property because it looked too good to be true - but it was true! The place fit our family really well, it had everything we needed (we left some stuff in the car we did not need), it was clean, the views were great, the manager was responsive. We all loved it. We rented the boat with the property and it was superb, we spent a lot of time on it. My only concern in writing such a review will be its availability in the future!
