Beachy Townhome ~ Pet Friendly ~ Steps to the Beach!!!

It was an adorable beach vibe, steps to the ocean and walking distance to A1A for eateries. Distance to St Augustine was perfect, short drive…. Everything was practically perfect, the lights in kitchen were not very bright but workable, the one on the patio didn’t work, no big deal. The yard is fenced for our dog!. We didn’t do any laundry till the last day so we didn’t know there was a grill in the laundry room and a dart board!. The only thing we had to get was more TP and paper towel. They give you a limited supply, but otherwise very well stocked will pots pans plates ect. The kitchen even had a blender, waffle maker and both regular coffee maker and a Keurig.. we will definitely go back again!

If the cleaning lady hadn’t stopped by to get a picture of broken chair ummm we’ve never got inside No one from the rental company sent us a code. There was broken glass on back patio which my dog was chewing on. Besides that perfect location, the ac worked amazing, comfortable beds. Also, the glass looked like it was swept out the patio door to the rocks. It could’ve easily been looked over. Last renters probably did that not the cleaners

Fantastic stay!! Great location, very close to beach and great restaurants!! Loved being able to walk to beach and several places. Perfect, fenced yard for dogs!! Great communication and easy check-in and check-out directions!! Would definitely stay here again!!

The location is amazing!

Short walk to the beach and restaurants. The back yard is fenced and is nice if you are bringing pets. The property is a bit dated and needs to be sprayed for bugs. The upstairs bedrooms are much hotter than downstairs. Overall it met our needs and was in a great location.

The property was exceptionally clean and just steps from the beautiful beach. The property manager was awesome to deal with and was very nice and courteous!! Couldn’t ask for a better location to all that St Augustine has to offer. Will definitely be booking this property again in the future years to come!!! Thank you for allowing us to stay for our first trip to St. Augustine Florida!!

Perfect long weekend. Fenced in yard, steps to the beach, great amenities

We stayed in the Beachy Townhome side B for a week. It is the perfect location, four houses down from the walkway to the beach and three houses from A1A Blvd. This meant it was very easy to go to the beach quickly as well as find a good place to eat. There is a great coffee shop, breakfast/lunch cafe (Cafe Eleven) and restaurants within walking distance. The house was perfect for us and our furry baby. The house was very clean and they provided starter supplies. It has a fenced in yard, a nice screened in porch to get out of the Sun along with a deck up top. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with king size beds. The bedroom we stayed in had a TV in it. I can’t say if the other bedroom did or not. The house is comfortable and the owner/manager very responsive to any questions. In the living room, there are some good books, games and a Roku streaming TV that is easy to add your Apps to. There is a half bath on the first floor. We had fellow renters on the A side, they asked us a couple of times if they had disturbed us as they had been a bit loud - we hadn’t heard a thing so the wall between us was pretty sound proof. We would definitely stay with this host in this house again.

Property is perfectly located just a few houses from beach. Located within walking distance of several restaurants. We were there to visit our daughter who attends Flagler College which is only a10-15 minute drive from the property. Place is very clean and had everything we needed.

This rental is centrally located and is steps to the beach. The unit itself is a little tired and worn (rusty drains and rust on appliances, pitting on faucets, missing screen on patio door, window blinds that are not easily operated, damaged outdoor chairs). The unit could use a very deep thorough cleaning (windows contain dirt in and around frames, wall/ceiling vents are dirty and some of the corners in the kitchen and bathroom could use a scrub and freshening of the unit to remove musty smell). The ocean appears to have some impact on the wear of the rental. Overall we had a great stay but would like to see some upgrades to make the unit even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage so close to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. We were there for a small beach wedding, which just happened to coincide with hurricane Helene! We left our home, uncertain what we would come back to after the storm, but all was relatively well. Our dogs had a great time in the backyard (thankful for that) and at the beach. Thanks for the stay!!

My husband and I decided to explore St Augustine and so glad we did. The property is in a perfect location. A nice quiet street but less than a block from numerous restaurants.

Really beach friendly, wonderful location! Beautiful Beach just a minute walk! Outdoor showers to rinse off, beach supplies in the laundry shed! Plenty of towels! We’ve stayed here 2 summers in a row so far

Very comfortable and great for pets. Upstairs was hot but the ceiling fan worked miracles! But the location was fantastic. We had a great family vacay

We had an incredible stay at this house in St. Augustine Beach! The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to fantastic food spots and coffee shops. It made our vacation both relaxing and convenient, and after a quick Publix run we parked our car for the entire week. This house is a gem for dog owners. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our two dogs to run around and play safely. Just a quick note: it's a shared yard with the duplex next door, so make sure both gates are securely closed before letting the dogs out. We learned this the hard way after the tenants next to us checked out. I highly recommend this property and would book again!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and they upgraded with paint and it was even better than last year. Everything you need for a beach getaway with your family and fur baby. Winny loved it and so did Mom and Dad. Clean and comfortable.
