Perfect stay! The home was immaculate. The pool was a perfect temperature. Beach supplies were much appreciated. Owners were very responsive. Great experience!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. We loved the pool and the porch, and the home was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to stay again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We had a short walk to the beach for swimming and Bean Point at night for incredible sunset views. Loved the privacy and pool. This was our second time back and it didn’t disappoint!

The kitchen was well supplied as was the house, but for a week stay and not a month, but not really a problem. The pool was great and cleaned twice weekly. Very nice stay that we enjoyed. The only disappointment was that it was booked before we had been there one week out of a month. Most places give you the right of first refusal and it doesn't open for booking until it is less than one year ahead. We did not have that opportunity.

Everything was clean. The home is close to a beach and also not far from stores and restaraunts.

We had an amazing stay at the Boathouse! We have come to AMI for the last 7 years, and this is our new favorite place to stay! Unbeatable location, they have everything you could ever need or want, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful!

This house was in a beautiful quiet area, two blocks from the beach. Having our own private pool was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. It was decorated so cute as well.

The house was spotless and tastefully done. The pool was amazing and had tons of outdoor seating. The location was perfect being so close to the bay and the gulf which allowed us to see the sunset and sunrise. Checking in was great, didn’t have any issues while we were there.

Helpful host. Well organized kitchen. Very usable space. Very clean. The pool is private (not shared with nextdoor unit). Very lovely neighborhood. Two short blocks to a nice, uncrowed beach. We were very happy here. Great for a family of 4 or 5.

Everything about this stay was outstanding. The event was my youngest daughter’s wedding. The place we stayed was so cute and romantic. My wife loved it and that was amazing, she isn’t very fond of Florida. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Beachy Boathouse Cottage was better than we imagined. Our family of four enjoyed the pool and the short walk to Bean Point. The house supplied us with everything we needed for our stay. Including beach chairs and an umbrella! The house was very clean and well taken care of. We cannot wait to go back!

What a beautiful, extremely comfortable, and spacious place to call our home away from home. The weather was not as sunny as would have liked, but we thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment of our adventures on AME. We especially loved the privacy and having our very own pool, patio and screened-in back porch. Thanks for your thoughtful touches. We loved it all and we highly recommend this beautiful home, rating our stay a 10/10.

Everything was wonderful!! We had some trouble getting into the house with the pass key and the owner immediately responded to my messages to get us in right away! The house was beautiful, clean and felt like home. The beach items were such a help for us as we traveled via flying. The kids loved the pool and screened in porch as well! We loved everything about this place and will definitely be back!

She thought of everything. Beach towels, beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, pool floats and you're literally a 5 minute walk, from the beach. A very lovely place. Very clean. We brought our granddaughters, 8 and 15. Having the pool was super nice and they were in it a lot. We grilled out, a couple of nights, which is a nice option to have. Sat on the back porch and drank coffee, in the mornings. I have no complaints. AMI, is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The boat house was very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The pool was amazing and the house is in a perfect spot on the island, close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

We’ve been staying on AMI for several years in May and this was our favorite stay. Walking distance to bean point, private pool, clean and beautiful home… it was perfect!

North Florida natives- husband, toddler, and I stayed here for a little beach trip and it was perfect! Owners were super responsive and helpful. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and close to the beach. Condo had plenty of beach gear allowing us to pack lighter. The private pool was amazing for soaking up the sun while the baby napped and he had fun splashing in the warm water. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed for your stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Patty's house is simply wonderful!Perfect and quiet location, just a short walk from the sea and beach.The house offers everything you could wish for. Tastefully furnished, very clean and a great kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. The large gas barbecue on the terrace invites you to barbecue. There is also a lovely pool with loungers, chairs and tables and a small lanai for when it gets a bit chilly outside.Beach towels and a trailer with beach chairs are also available.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.Thank you Patty for letting us stay in your house!

Property is very close to the beach: Only a couple of blocks. Nicely decorated and included everything we needed in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

We had a great vacation at this rental property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Anna Maria island. House is beautiful, location is perfect, and it had everything we needed to make our week in Anna Maria island fun and relaxing. The pool was great, heated to the perfect temperature. We walked into the space and gasped at how beautiful it was! Everything (sadly because of hurricane helenne) was brand new. Such tasteful furnishings and touches! The two bedrooms were both spacious. The kitchen had everything, including a great coffee maker. For a small beach house, it felt spacious! A back porch and a beautiful yard. And the pool was much larger than we could have imagined! Hosts were totally attentive, but we didn’t need anything because they thought of everything! Definitely hope to return.

We had the best day. The house went above and beyond and preparing this property after the recent devastating hurricane. Everything was impeccably done, we could not have asked for better accommodations. The location is ideal, only brought from the beach. The only sad part is that the real pier was destroyed. We plan to return to this wonderful property soon.
