A great house for a large family vacation! So close to the beach and huge pool! Lots of beds and options!

Great space and a fantastic heated pool made for an enjoyable stay, and the host was very responsive. However, the home was extremely minimally stocked and had a few maintenance issues, which led to multiple store trips and some inconvenience throughout the week.⸻Overall Stay ReviewWe had a nice stay overall and the home worked well for our group, with a few inconveniences worth noting for future guests.Pros:The house had plenty of space, making it easy for everyone to spread out comfortably.Beds and linens were comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.The overall temperature of the home was comfortable during our stay.The home is relatively centrally located on the island, with convenient access to a few restaurants and the main bike path.It is technically beachfront, which is a nice feature depending on timing and expectations.The pool was a highlight—a great size, heated well, and definitely worth the extra fee, especially since the weather wasn’t great during part of our stay. We appreciated that it was saltwater as well.The owner was very responsive and communicative, quickly addressing an issue when one bathroom started to back up. It was handled promptly and didn’t lead to any major problems.Appliances worked well, and the kitchen was functional with adequate cookware and utensils.The Xbox 360 and games were a fun bonus, and there was a large DVD selection available.The balcony was a nice space to relax.

All good. Need to make sure there are plenty of dishwasher pods, kitchen garbage bags, kitchen towels. Also - TV in single queen room up stairs difficult to work. Recommend a new lock box as this one is tempermental.

Great kitchen, well stocked. Good pots and pans. Pool was heated and private. Private yard big enough to set up a badminton set. Living area was huge. Easy access to ocean. Deer came to visit every evening. The stairs were a challenge for me as I have very bad knees but well worth the effort. The second-floor deck is a great place to watch the stars. There are stairs to get to the beach also.

Great house! Fantastic location!

This is a beautiful, spacious cottage on the beach. There is a big kitchen with everything needed to cook for a big family. We only had eight staying this week, but we've stayed there many times before with larger groups sufficiently. The back yard around the pool is big, and the deer that often come into it are fun to watch. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool very much. Our host was very friendly and responsive. As a bonus, deers came right up to us and ate apples out of our hands. The kids will never forget them.

This was a perfect setup for my extended family of 14. The pool is large and comfortable. It was just a minute walk to the beach. The deer grazing in the yard were awesome. Mr Dunne, the manager was friendly and responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. He also went above and beyond when we discovered we left some items behind. Compliments to the cleaning crew for their honesty.

This is our go to House at Jekyll! It’s always clean, perfect for our family and communication with the host is great. We have stayed at this house multiple times and can’t say enough good things about it. It’s spacious, right next to the walkway to the beach, and the pool is wonderful!

Even with a large crowd, you don’t feel crowded! Great floor plan with very comfortable beds, excellent kitchen when you have a group. Our grandkids especially loved the private pool and the close proximity to the beach. Plan to stay again next year!!

We rent a beach house every 2 years and invite our 4 grown children, their spouses, and the 4 grandchildren for extra family time besides holidays. This year was great! The property was everything we hoped for, a pool, walk to the beach, fully equipped for staying in and cooking, and close to great restaurants.

We’ve been coming to Jekyll Island for over 30 years. This is one of our favorite rentals. We had 12 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the short walk to the beach and the pool was great when the tide came in. The owner was very responsive when we asked to have the pool heater turned down a bit. The only thing we would add is mirrors in the bedrooms so that people could get ready in their rooms.

We gathered as a family of seven adults and two children. The house size and set up was perfect for all. The pool size and heating it made an enjoyable time to play. A short walk to the beach was a plus. We were able to ride bikes, golf cart ride and walk to restaurants. Great times had by all !!

The property was fantastic and was more than accommodating for our annual golf trip. Would highly recommend.
