The primary king suite is on the upper level and has an en suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and Jacuzzi tub. A king bedroom is down the hall, with its own full bath (shower only). We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

    The Water House is Nice, but it needs some maintenance. It was clean, but very stayed in. Carpets had lots of stains. Shades had stains, a couple were broken, and they were thinner than paper. The ceiling fan and light were malfunctioning in the 2nd floor guest bedroom. There were scuff marks on several lower walls and base boards. The neighboorhood is nice and safe, the convenience to the beach is unbelievable. With a little maintenance the Water House could be Spectacular.
