Beachside Luxury Home - Private Pool - Beach Views

The home was absolutely perfect for my family. We enjoyed every single day we were there. It is equipped with everything you need to cook on a daily basis. I would 100% recommend for everyone. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Great location. The home worked well for our family.

We loved this place, it was beautiful, plenty of room for the nine of us. I thought originally that the queen bedroom also had a bath but it doesn't. My mistake. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom however so that was OK. The kitchen and dining areas were great, lots of room, plenty of cookware but you may have to look for it. The property management texted off and on to check on us and seemed very responsive when I had a question. If able, we would certainly choose this place again. Depending on who goes next year we may reserve it again. Word of caution, if you don't like parking in tight spaces, be prepared.

Here are some specific pro-cons for the rental property.Pros:The house is great - roomy (4 bedrooms and lots of beds to accommodate guests) and steps from the beach (2nd house from the beach). They give a great start of basics - bathroom toiletries, dishwasher soap. And towels for the house and beach are provided. The beach is so close and the best part of the house. The small pool in the back is also a pro! The property manager was quick to respond and super helpful.Cons: We have rented this house multiple years and some updates are needed. The couch and pillows are super worn, beds are not comfortable, pool light has never been functional. This year the grill outside was the biggest con - it was greasy and filthy (unsafe due to grease fires) and it was incredibly small for the house and guests it holds (18 inch round grill). It smelled and had grease and meat on it. We had to purchase our own grill for our stay. Last con was parking. Cars are only supposed to be permitted in the garages and not on the shared driveway. We had number days where cars were blocking access to our garage and had to ask cars to be moved at one point. The good thing was - this was managed quickly by the property manager once we reported the issue.

Excellent access to the beach. Beach not crowded and low key. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

Location and views were fantastic! Property was clean and comfortable. Cannot wait to return.

The House was huge and beautiful! Private pool was much loved by the kids! Steps to the beach (literally) and close enough to not have to worry about runs to the bathroom and to the kitchen/garage to replenish the cooler! This area of IRB is nice and quiet relative to Clearwater and Madeira Beach. Would definitely rebook with this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and steps away from the beach. We like to cook on vacation probably more than most and truly appreciated the well-stocked spacious kitchen and dining area. Our party of 9 could sit together for our dinners. Bedding/Beds were comfortable and lots of room to spread out. Joanie, checked us in and even made sure that our TVs were working and helped us with the remotes. She was very welcoming and would definitely stay here again.

The home is a very nice property to stay at. I would stay again.Cons: - can’t park more then 2 cars ( HOA Will force you to move a car away )- if you wish for heated pool you have to prepay and it’s not a per day / use kind of thing.- avoid large vehicles / trucks it’s a slightly narrow street.- only master bedroom has beach view / able to hear wavesPRO: - the beach is but 20ft away from the home.- decent view from master bedroomThere is a French cafe near by please go there!!! Best breakfast I have had in a while.

All families had their own bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living room area was open which allowed us all to hang together. Prayers to Florida! Sounds like Milton was wild, more so than Helene. My one request is a refund for the one night we didn't stay because we had to evacuate. That day was Wednesday the 25th of September. I realize work and life in Florida has been crazy and when possible we would love our refund. Thank you.

My family and I celebrated my birthday at Beachside Luxury Hone in Indian Shores. There were 10 of us including my mom and my 2 grandchildren. This house was amazing! It was just steps from the beach, had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids. We didn’t need to bring half of what we brought as this house had it all. We even had a view of the water. I am always nervous maki g accommodation arrangements as my family is very picky and they told my I did “a phenomenal job” with this one. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back!! Mona and Joani from Beachtime Rentals were amazing also. They were quick to respond every time I had a question. I could not say enough about our experience. I highly recommend this house and Beachtime Rentals.
