Perfect for family reunions, writers retreats, and everything in between, this sparkling and sunlit home sits right on the water with a grand view 24 hours a day and access to all the waterfront activities you could imagine including paddle boating, fishing, parasailing, shelling, swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkeling, and much more. Don't miss Ocean City's many historic buildings including City Hall, the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum, and the Atlantic Hotel, originally built in 1875. For nighttime activities, you can't beat the array of local eateries, entertainment, amusement parks, and outlet shops. You and your guests will also have access to a nearby fitness room as well as indoor and outdoor pools.

Inside this gorgeous, newly-renovated, three-story home is a brightly lit interior filled with natural light, plenty of comfy seating for good conversation and catching up on your favorite shows, a large kitchen with a breakfast bar and state of the art appliances, there's even two ovens for those big American holiday get-togethers! The large and sunny dining room is set for eight at a roomy table. Enjoy relaxing in the jetted tub or washing away the activities of the day in the walk-in shower. On the top floor, you'll find another TV in the quaint sitting area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, or your evening glass of wine.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: Winter (January 1 - April 30 and October 1 – December 31) = $100. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $150. Summer (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $200
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

    Lack of cleanliness, upkeep, and a bad ant problem made this stay less than desirable. I love the community and plan to come back just maybe in a different house. It’s unfortunate because there are many beautiful, well kept homes in the community. This one has a lot of beauty but it lacking in the finer details.

    Lovely very well decorated home with comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great extra living spaces and porches, very clean, great location close to the bay beach and pools! Definitely recommend. They just need to add salt and pepper and a few spices to the kitchen. ?

    This home has a great location and is the third Vacasa Sunset Island property we have rented. However, every house has had filthy floors upon arrival and has required the cleaning team to come out and properly mop. This house also required extended involvement to have all the moldy window treatments removed from the home and replaced with new ones. A refund was given for the multiple issues we experienced while at the home, but it was a less than satisfactory experience. The property's location to amenities cannot be beat, however, we will look to stay in a different house next time.

    Beautiful property, excellent location and elegant decor. Looking forward to returning next year. We have rented two houses every year in Sunset Island for the past 7-years for our annual Labor Day weekend with friends and family. By far one of the best decorated and managed property in the area.

    Home located convenient right next to clubhouse and pool, but did not get an excessive amount of noise inside during busy Fourth of July period. The development was really nice, like living in Mr. Rodger’s neighborhood. Distance to the beach was about seven blocks. Walkable for us. The only reason we rated four stars instead of five was there is only one bathroom on the third floor for three guest bedrooms. The shower was problematic during our stay and our guests had to use the first floor.

    We love how close this house is the amenities at Sunset Island. The house has a good footprint and lots of room. It’s just experienced a lot of wear (I.e., floors were broken in places and taped in others with blue tape, garage door didn’t want to close, front door looked like it had been kicked in with the lock barely in place, the walls had a lot of black scuff marks, the screen door was broken, outdoor furniture was super dirty, and more.) The house just needs some updating to make it worth the expense. Otherwise, great location, easy access to the pool and beach, easy check-in, great parking, excellent wifi, and walking distance to a great restaurant and shops is a plus.

    House was clean, except to floors which were very dirty. Furniture nice enough. Lots of living and sleeping space. The best amenities you’ll find in OC and the DE shore. Kids love the bay beach much more than the ocean. Also great pool and food and drink service.
