The open floor plan with a large sectional sofa, chaise and comfortable accent chairs invites you to kick bak and relax. The two king-sized primary suites both have deck access and private en suite bathrooms with double vanities. With an additional queen bedroom and bunk room, everyone will be happy to havetheir own space.

Feast on morning meals at the breakfast bar for 4, or gather everyone around the dining table for 8 for a fun family meal. Cooking is so easy in the fully-equipped kitchen that everyone will want to help out.

After a leisurely morning meal, bring snacks and drinks down to your own personal paradise. Enjoy the seating area under the covered deck or take a dip into the private pool. If you prefer to relax in the sandy sun, the beach is just a short 2 block walk!

The convenient, enclosed outdoor shower makes it easy to wash up before heading back inside after a long day of island fun. When you’re ready to unwind, the large sectional sofa and accent chairs can easily accommodate everyone in the comfortable living room. The hard part is choosing between a game night or movie night!

For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

    This house is in a lovely neighborhood in extremely close proximity to the nearly private beach. The house is very spacious, the bunk room is wonderful for the kids, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Having your own pool is also a major bonus. The only con is that there was no beach chairs or beach towels. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

    This is our 2nd time renting this home. Our little grandson calls it the blue house and is always asking when we can go back. This house is perfect for our family in both size and location. It is a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach with a lovely, private pool. It is clean, bright and cheery. The Sand N Sea staff are great to work with. We hope to be back soon

    We enjoyed this property quite a bit. Two families plus grandma were very comfortable. One room on lower level was great so grandma could limit climbing stairs. Beds were pretty good. The kitchen is outfitted with all the gear you need. Management company is very attentive. We had an issue with the dryer and they came and addressed quickly. Location is very good being in a nice neighborhood with newer properties and close to Galveston city. Beach is technically public but generally only sees limited beach goers who are staying in the neighborhood since you can’t drive onto the beach here. But beach access from neighborhood is very good.

    We stayed at this property with my brother and his family. The home was just as pictured. Gorgeous view, nice easy walk to the beach, beautiful pool. Since we were staying with another family, we absolutely loved having two master suites that walked out to a shared deck. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was in great working order. Hope we can visit again!
