Beachside Haven: Spacious 6-Bedroom Retreat Just Steps from the Sand

We had a wonderful time! Daniel was a terrific host, the property was incredibly well kept, close to everything we needed and perfect for our large family. We will definitely be back!

The house was immaculate and perfectly placed so close to the beach which isn’t too busy!! All the rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the AC worked well. We enjoyed sitting on the deck & soaking it all in. We grilled and cooked, spent time on the beach, but most of all quality time with my family members who got to come. Thank you!!!

We had the best vacation! There was plenty of room for our group of 12. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was practically empty. There are no large condos near by so we basically had the beach to ourselves. The only advice I would give to future guests is to bring an eye mask if you plan on sleeping in at all. The sun shines bright early, but a sleep mask definitely helps!

We had a wonderful family trip, plenty of space, easy walk to the beach, conveniently located to plenty of restaurants.

This was my family’s first time to Pensacola. The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable! The beach view was magnificent from the top balcony!!! We actually had such a great time, that we hated to see this vacation end. If everything goes well, we definitely want to return, to this property.

This property was one of the nicest I've stayed in. The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of dishes and glasses as well as pots and pans and serving utensils. Plenty of towels and toilet paper for bathrooms. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets for bedrooms.

Everything about this house was perfect.

The property is well maintained. Amenities were well thought out. Every room was comfortable. The instruction for use and direction to the prperty were easy to follow. We look forward to the next time staying here.

First time staying in Pensacola beach. Will be back, Hose was great. Location was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and all the necessities were provided. We grilled dinner 2 nights during our stay and had all the small appliances needed in the kitchen. We played corn hole in the evening and played cards at the picnic table. Other than a few dusty light fixtures and a couple dirty dishes, we were very pleased with our stay and will rent again!

Perfect for several families to stay comfortably. Great location-able to walk to bars and restaurants with beach access across the street. Property owner responds quickly and is happy to accommodate special requests.

We loved the house, the proximity to the beach and local restaurants was very nice! The cornhole area made for really fun evenings with our teenagers. Great spot!

My family and I really enjoyed this home! We felt welcomed walking through the door. The owner is very nice and prompt. Had an issue and got it solved right away! I will be booking this house everytime I come to Pensacola!!!!

We were only in this house for two nights for my daughter’s graduation, but we were able to make the most of it with it being so close to the beach! We were so relieved when we arrived to find the house sparkling clean! If we can return for a longer stay, we would look up this house for availability again!

This property was great for our family stay. We rented this beach house for my daughter’s UWF graduation and had 12 adults (mainly couples) and the layout of the house provided privacy for each couple and allowed common space for us to spend time together. Steps away from the beach was also amazing and minutes from the Pensacola Bay center was ideal for a morning graduation. The only thing that was concerning was how VRBO handles the security deposit because instead of a hold, they immediately charge your credit card and refund you after the stay which is not ideal since you have to pay that balance and that refund credit coming in months later on a credit card is worthless after the balance is paid. However, the host was very helpful and suggested we contact VRBO that had an insurance option that is unfortunately an additional cost but a better option in the grand scheme of things. The host was really great. He is very easy to communicate with and answered /accommodated for all questions with quick responses.

Family from out of town stayed her for local wedding and it was great. Close to beach and having beach chairs available was awesome.

It was perfect for our Spring Break trip with our family! The space was clean and comfortable and was everything we wanted! Thank you for helping make our trip great!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Our niece had a beach wedding and we stayed here for 3 nites. We were walking distance to the wedding and beach. Had a wonderful stay and the house is very nice and spacious for our family of 12. Very clean and nice. Would recommend

This was our spring break trip with our friends. It was the perfect house for having 2 families. We had plenty of room for all of us. Close to many attractions and also central to many locations for driving. A short walk to the beach, near by shopping and restaurants. Gulf Breeze Zoo was good. Aviation museum really good, Fort Pickens was ok, fished rom the pier, fun but didn't catch anything when I went. friends caught a few things in the afternoon, went to the Sea Turtle Nature Conservation Center, was great to see what they are doing to help wildlife. We would definitely come back here.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home in Pensacola the pictures are accurate and the house and location of the house was amazing! Extremely close to the beach which is great and the host was extremely friendly and responds extremely fast which was great! We would definitely recommend this house and will be renting it again soon!

Prime location and everything close by, house is has a home warm feeling and kids enjoyed it while adults just sat back and relaxed with amazing views on the white beautiful beaches

We had booked this house for our family vacation with my mom, siblings, and children. There was a total of 14 of us going. The day before we were to leave for our vacation, my mother was admitted to the ICU. Unfortunately, she was in the ICU the entire week (and still in the hospital). Only my son and his wife were able to go. They said the house was absolutely beautiful. The beach was very close. Lots to eat around.I hope that in the future we will be able to see the place and enjoy it together.I wish there would have been an option to reschedule the stay or even a discount for the future. But we do completely understand business.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, and amazing host.. With the beach right in the backyard this house will be all you need for a great time!

This house was perfect for our whole family of 13. The upstairs rooms were a perfect place for the kids to spend time inside, while the rest of us slept comfortably on the first floor. Since it was Thanksgiving, the kitchen was very handy, as was the additional refrigerator. The walk to the beach was less than a minute and Very accessible. This house was perfect for us and we greatly appreciate all the amenities.

We booked due to being in a wedding located down the street. The house was everything we hoped for, easy to find, and easy access to the beach!

Loved this property! Had 10 people with us, and had more than enough space! Beach is close. Restaurants and pier are close! Would love to stay here again!!

Great location. Enjoyed our stay with family. 6 adults 6 grandkids. Set up is easy. You can all be together in the den, kitchen and breakfast/dinner table area or separate into private bedroom, porches or down stairs areas. Never felt crowded. Weather was marginal and gulf was angry. I would recommend this home and will probably return.
