Tucked away from the road, Beachside offers direct beach access and is a beautifully landscaped property with a solar heated in-ground swimming pool, water slide and spa.

The undercover barbecue and seating area overlooks the pool and yard.
To the rear of the yard, you will find a trampoline and a large grassed area - perfect for a game of volleyball or soccer.

The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, pantry itemsand baking equipment, sandwich maker and slow cooker...

There are five Smart TV's in the home - one in each lounge room, one in the main bedroom, one in bedroom four and one in the garage.



Culburra Beach is directly in front of the house and is dog-friendly and is great for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding and boating. The expansive surf beach is great for walking to the headlands both north and south.

To the south of the beach is Tilbury Cove - perfect for small children or those who prefer calmer waters and snorkelling or stand up paddle boarding. To the north is the Crookhaven Lighthouse which makes a great destination and loop walk.

For those who enjoy bush walking, there are numerous walks suitable for all ages. Traveling fifteen minutes to Currarong provides even more fantastic bush walks including Abrahams Bosom Beach, The Wreck & also Gosengs Tunnel.

For skateboarders/scooter enthusiasts, the new Curleys Bay Skate Park is located 500metres down the road. This includes a large skating area, child friendly park, outdoor gym equipment and undercover barbecue area.
