The house was great and in such a great walkable location!

Great location, surprisingly quiet on the main road and nicely appointed. Could use a little more efficiency in the AC in the main bedroom overnight as it gets a little stuffy although the fan does help. We would definitely stay there again.

A perfect beach getaway! So many things to do within walking distance. The place was incredible. Beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. House came wtith everything you would need.

The home was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed plus some! The location was perfect and Lauren made check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the coffee provided, all the toiletries, and beach toys. There were so many thoughtful touches. The stay exceeded our expectations Nd I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone. I hope to return again soon.

The bungalow was immaculately clean, making us feel right at home.The decor was adorable, with a perfect beachy vibe that instantly put us in vacation mode. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. We especially loved the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the birds. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful experience.Overall, we loved every moment of our stay at this coastal bungalow and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Great little suite 1/2 block from the ocean. This unit is right on the main drag, but is very centrally located. Weekends can be loud with the traffic and music from bars. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

Just one night before a cruise. Good flexible layout for a small family.

Very clean property, was perfect for our mini vaycay

We could not have asked for more. The house was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. If you forgot something, it was probably there. Kitchen was fully stocked. We used one pan but could have cooked an entire meal. The sofas reclined and the beds were comfortable. The house was across from the beach access and a short drive to the pier, stores and restaurants. Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return.

We loved the bungalow and completely enjoyed the space and its proximity to the beach, great food, and downtown CB. The house is perfectly outfitted for low-key chilling after a day on the beach. It's very well maintained and updated inside and out. There's a wellness spa on one side and a surf shop on the other! PERFECT! We're coming back 100%.

If you are looking for an adorable home in the perfect location, the Beachside Bungalow is for you! The house is steps from the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. You can walk everywhere. It was perfect for our family of four, exceptionally clean, friendly and very responsive owner - we couldn’t have picked a better place! We will be back!

Beachside Bungalow was very nicely decorated and very clean. Access to beach was close, right across the street. Walking to/from restaurants was really convenient. (We really enjoyed Fourth Street Fillin Station for both dinner and brunch.)

This property is just beautiful. It’s a short walk from the beach and we saw some wildlife in the area. Beautiful home.

It's not often that a rental turns out to be better than we expected, but that was the case this time! This cozy little bungalow is within spitting distance of an entrance to the beach and walking distance of downtown Cocoa Beach and its many delicious restaurants. The host even provided beach towels, chairs, and toys and even two boogie boards, all of which were greatly appreciated. Perfect space for two kids and two adults with room for a little more.
