The Space:

Spread over 2 levels this welcoming holiday home has ample space for everyone. It offers 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with large open-plan living upstairs. Enjoy your meals around the amazing 10 seater dining table and relax in the generous lounge with ocean views, sporting a 65inch smart tv. There is a separate lounge upstairs for the kids to watch a movie, play some old school play-station or one of many board games. The outdoor deck flows seamlessly from the living area, where you can take in the views, watch the sunrise or enjoy a family BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need including an induction hob and Nespresso machine so bring your pods. With a servery window from the kitchen, the deck is the perfect spot for al fresco dining.



For guests with mobility issues, there is level access in to the house with a lift available on request. The shower also has step-free access.



Beachside Blue Marine is fully fenced and offers plenty of space for the kids to play safely and work off some energy on the trampoline. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained with a table tennis table, boogie boards, beach toys, bikes and scooters.



On the ground floor is bedroom 1, a generous size with a king bed and en-suite bathroom complete with sitting area and smart tv, nearby is bedroom 2 with single bunk-beds, perfect for the kids. A full size laundry with washer and dryer flows out of the ensuite bathroom. Upstairs at this Mt Maunganui accommodation is bedroom 3 with a queen bed, bedroom 4 with two long single beds and bedroom 5 with a king single and single bed. There is a bathroom with a separate toilet on the upper level.



For absolute relaxation or adventure, this an excellent spot to have as your Mt Maunganui base. Kick back on the deck and watch the world go by, or grab some beach toys and stroll across the road onto the white sandy beach for a day in the sun and surf. The local cafes and shops are within walking distance (5 minutes to the closest cafe, or head to Mauao to witness a breath-taking sunset or sunrise - just 20 minutes walk to the base.

There is ample parking for guest vehicles and a boat.

For guests with mobility issues, there is level entry in to the house with a lift available on request.

You're perfectly positioned to enjoy the simple life by the beach, with the sand and surf right accross the road. Shops and cafes, including the fabulous Tay Street Cafe are within easy walking distance. 3-minutes drive to the main Mount shops and restaurants and a 5-minute drive/ 15min walk to Bay Oval and Sports grounds.

Other Things to Note:

MAXIMUM OF 10 guests at all times allowed at this property. No gathering/events over the maximum of 10 guests at all times. Minimum age of guest booking is 25. This property is best suited to family groups.



THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings will not be tolerated. Under no circumstances can this property be used as a venue for celebrations or events. Breach of this house rule can result in immediate cancellation without a refund.



The outdoor patio area is close to the neighbour's bedrooms, therefore we require guests to move indoors by 10pm and to respect our neighbours with noise.



There are 4 security cameras monitoring the outside of this property. They are recording 24/7, but are not monitored while the guests are in residence. If there is cause for concern, the footage may be reviewed.



The trampoline does not have safety nets. Use will be at own risk.



A commercial linen service is included in cleaning fee, but beach towels are not included in this service and can be rented on request.

There is a dedicated local property manager on call throughout your stay, available to meet you on arrival, answer any questions and provide assistance if any issues arise.
