beachouse 1/2block to convention center/ restaurants/bars

Great location and very close to the Beach.The home has plenty of room for large groups and was perfect for the short stay we were there, though we all wish we could have stayed longer. When time provided for another event this home will be on my list!

The host decorated the beach house with the Mardi Gra theme. It was very nice.

This place was cute and perfectly set up for family and fur baby. The location is the best spot from, the Krogers to the beach. The beach is literally right down the street. May be a 2-3 min walk. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Definitely will be planning another stay here in the future!

We were in town for the weekend for a cheer competition. Home advertised as close to convention center, beach, dining and shopping and it did not disappoint. Layout of the house was nice and the upstairs porch was great to hang out on.

Everything was great. I did have to clean out the coffee maker and the upstairs nightstand lights don't have plugs close enough to use the lights.

Great place. Close enough to everything . Have a small ocean view but still really nice. Spacious and plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Over all a great place , just a few minor issues.

We rented May 16-20. The House location and condition was great. However, We are an older group - the main living area is on the third floor so hauling everything up was not the best. The owner was responsive when we were not able to watch ESPN and the NBA playoffs - she added it to her streaming pkg that night. We did enjoy sitting on the 3rd floor balcony with our morning coffee and afternoon glass of wine. You can see and hear the water. However, the $1500 refundable deposit was only partially refunded due to a fan in the refrigerator not working. I’m not sure what we could have done to cause a refrigerator fan to not work - but it seems that charging us $550 for a repair of a part that does go bad is excessive and unwarranted. I did not see these charges right away since I’ve been on vacation for 2 weeks. I have only today messaged the owner for clarification, receipts etc.

We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center. The location couldn't have been better - everyone could easily walk back and forth as needed, no car required. We had plenty of bathroom/mirror space for several teenage dancers AND their parents to get ready in the morning. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Walking distance to Kroger and a couple of good restaurants was a bonus. Check in/out was a breeze and the host was immediately responsive to all questions/requests and helped us out in every way she could. If we return next year, we hope the house will be available again!
